Called Griffin Service @ 8am on Friday due to lightning strike taking out my water heater and Steve showed up an hour later. They truly made me feel like they cared in regards to my family being without hot water especially over the weekend. Steve was amazing. He definitely arrived much sooner than I anticipated. He was also very professional, very knowledgeable, explained very clearly what he was doing and very clean.
