Had an installer come out last week for an estimate. Was told to expect Terri to email a proposal the following day. Waited several days before calling. The lady fielding the calls didn’t/doesn’t really seem to care and would only pass me to his VM. Called again this morning and the same happened. This company came on recommendation and the installer was clean and professional. Terri on the other hand is either and poor excuse of a “plumbing manager” or has more work than he can handle. Could be my project isn’t worth his time but if this was the case they knew in advance what we needed prior to sending a man...why did they bother. I suspect the other review was on point as to project size so I wouldn’t bother calling them for anything less than a HUGE project

Requested service to replace kitchen sink. tech was very confident in doing the job. Tech took measurements of sink and said job would be less than two hours and that I would receive estimate the next day. I had to call for estimate after waiting one week from promised time. I then received estimate of $1,750 for labor only and not including sink when Tech said the estimate would include sink. Very disappointed!

Christian did an excellent job -- he's a real pro. Came within 24 hours and took care of our problem.

Snyder did a really good job on communication and scheduling my requested services. Everything was done with ease. The technician, Kyler, did a great job of communicating about the job and what it comes with and warranties. Definitely recommend Snyder for AC and electrical!

Donovan has been taking care of my parents HVAC systems formany years. When Mr. Donovan started his company he went door to door through Jacksonville Beach talking with residents and asking if he could he assist them in any way with their HVAC needs. This guy was going door to door to help people. To me that spells commitment . I trust these guys. Their techs are professional, courteous and knowable. The tech was on time, well prepared ,and knowledgeable. He found and repaired the problem quickly. He informed me of what he was doing each step of the repair. He was very through and professional. He also explained the additional packaged of serveries the company offered. Over all a great service call. You have an outstanding employee!!
