Greg and Rex came out to pump out our septic tank. They were very knowledgeable and we could tell right away they have been doing this a long time and not a couple of “newbies”. They charged us 1.5 hours for 1 hr of work, we called to ask why and they said they charged us for the drive to get to us, all in all they charged us 400 just to top off the freon, place is a rip off.

Donovan sent out someone quickly to my emergency situation. Rod James was outstanding. Our AC was not working properly and Rod figured out what the problem was and replaced the thermostat. We are older clients and the new technology was daunting but Rod was patient and took the time to help us learn how to use the new equipment. He was very helpful, professional and caring. We've been using Donovan for more than 20 years and we have recommended them to many people who are also very happy customers. We highly recommend this company and Rod!

Lot’s of things cleaned, new uv bulb, new hard start box, and a secondary surge protector added to the compressor electric box. Good job by Deklin on all work. I’ll use them again even after being with them for 2 years now.
