Mark and AJ came to my house and pumped out my septic tank. They were very nice and knowledgeable. I will call them whenever I need their services.

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! They charged our company credit card $6,000 without our approval. We simply gave them our credit card # to have on file. We gave them 2 work orders for a Belk store and they never gave us an invoice or any details of the work performed. They were approved to spend $1,400 and charged us almost $6k. Stay far away from this company - especially their office dispatcher Sandy.

Griffin installed the system in a very professional manner, in one day. They covered everything with a tarp, installed the air handler and the outdoor unit very professionally.They were friendly and asked about our preferences regarding temperature settings.They went over how to use the new thermostat and equipment to both operate and maintain it. They left us a stack of manuals, in case we had more questions and adjusted the bill to reflect the items they didn’t need to install after further inspection.I highly recommend Griffin and Mr. Bateman and Lee.

Multiple estimates were given based on what I asked to be done. The services that I received today were the removal and installation of two toilets. The job was done to my satisfaction.
