The workers who came to take care of the job were so friendly and offered so much good advice. The home office was also friendly and helpful and even got us in earlier than expected. I will only use Duck Duck going forward.

Editing my original review: First time they came out it was a great experience and a great price. Unfortunately, the second visit (for something different) was a very different experience. It was for a small clog that turned into a big problem, which certainly happens, but the tech wasn’t sure how to fix it, so he had to call his boss (who was in a meeting). When the tech got ahold of his boss a while later, he wondered around my property chatting on the phone, then cleaned up and left without telling me the cost or options. I got charged for the time he spent trying to figure out his job and for that time on the call. If a tech doesn’t know how to do a job, I’d suggest he leave so I’m not charged extra for a how-to-do-my-job 30 minute call.

Great overall experience. High quality work with very quick response time. Our technician Matt was very accommodating to our concerns and didn't leave until everything was working perfectly.

He came in with two other technicians and replaced an old Lennox HVAC system with a new Carrier HVAC system. They all were organized, neat and on time. Their professionalism was remarkable.

FIRST TIME: I hired them to remove a horrid utility sink from the laundry room. Even though it was pouring rain when they arrived, my floors and the work area were left spotless and they even hauled that ugly sink to the curb. Thanks, guys!SECOND TIME: After having a positive experience the first time, I called them back out to look at a leaking supply valve to my washer. They charged me a $69 service call just to look at it, then after sending 2 men who knew nothing about plumbing to look, they called the boss (who NEVER saw the issues) and told me the only way to fix it was to remove the entire assembly from the wall (tearing open the wall to do so) and that the cost would be $900. Knowing a bit about plumbing after 30 years of renovating homes, I sent them away and called a REAL plumber. That plumber only charged me $100.00 total, had it fixed in less than 30 minutes with about $10 worth of parts and it works great, no issues. So consumer beware...they may be ok for some stuff, but not plumbing leaks.
