Their tech James came out and this is the second Ac company I have called in the last 4 days. The first told me he could find nothing wrong. James actually took the time to listen to what I was telling him. He didn't find too much issue with our ac other than the coils being disgusting. Even after he found that that was most likely our issue he still did a few more tests and found our vents were also causing an issue. He then went around the house and checked all the vents. He actually seemed as though he cares and didn't try to tell us a thousand things were wrong when they really weren't. I have a couple other companies in the past do this. Terry the lady who answered the phone was just as wonderful. She made sure I knew when we had one call ahead of us and was polite and kind on the phone. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs their plumbing, heating or air conditioning fixed.

I have needed his services both for my home and business, sometimes on an emergency basis, and they have always answered the call. Pipe Works just completed a complete re-pipe of my home. The job was brilliantly done, even the city inspector remarked on the quality. The team added features that were overlooked in the original plumbing, like an easily accessible global shut off valve. The team were on-time, professional, and hard working. Very respectful and careful with my things. And good at explaining their plan, changes made, and the rationale for what they did. I highly recommend.

Our washing machine had old pipes that started leaking. I called our house warranty people (2-10 home warranty) and they had Amelia Plumbing call me. The owner came out the same day and told me what needed to be done. They would saw off the cast iron pipe and replace it with pvc. The next day our repair was scheduled and Daniel DeLuca, their employee came out and it was fixed in an hour!He was a wonderfully polite and kind employee and he really knew his stuff! Literally the worst company in terms of customer service. Regardless of the situation, as being the owner of a business, you are expected to maintain a professional courtesy with your potential clients, despite how you may feel personally. You cannot run a successful business operation without taking care of the client first and foremost.Though I have not personally had the experience of Econo-Rooter coming to my home for a plumbing issue, I have had more than one person tell me that their owner was callous and rude to them.You may dismiss me as just another false review but realize how effective word of mouth is when operating a business. Your quality is defined by the words of your customers, and by your actions as a business owner.
