Best Comprehensive Drain Cleaning in Jacksonville FL
I had a leak in my shower faucet and a cracked tub. The woman I spoke with on the phone was friendly and got me into their schedule quickly and kept updated. The gentleman that came to my place was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Got the work done in a couple of hours, cleaned up after himself and my tub looked brand new with the reseal!

I will always think having had a lead to work with this company was a gift, specially while going through a family loss. We needed to have the whole septic system repaired, after explaining my situation, Mr. Gutscher provided a fair quote for the job, when talking to him you could just tell he knows what he is doing and what all is needed. He worked with Wyatt for the actual job and both of them were very thorough and patient, they provided information and answered all my questions throughout the installation of new septic system, and added repairs, they addressed concerns and followed through ensuring I was satisfied with the job and followed through until final inspection was approved and issued. I highly recommend working with CCMP.

Pipe Works just completed a complete re-pipe of my home. The job was brilliantly done, even the city inspector remarked on the quality. The team added features that were overlooked in the original plumbing, like an easily accessible global shut off valve. The team were on-time, professional, and hard working. Very respectful and careful with my things. And good at explaining their plan, changes made, and the rationale for what they did. I highly recommend.

They called at 3:30 to tell me they needed to reschedule my 1-4 time slot and that they didn’t even have the parts to do the job. Very disappointing since I had given them my toilet’s manufacturer a week prior, yet they just realized they didn’t have the parts right before they were supposed to be at my house.

Called them about a leak in my yard, they came out within two hours of calling and had it fixed in less than an hour. Will was an awesome guy, made me feel like he knows what he's doing. I'll be recommending them to friends and family.

We had a slow drain line from our master bathroom. It was clearly the 4 line feeding out of the master bathroom as all appliances (sink, tub, shower and toilet were slow to drain). We called Econo-Rooter and they came the same day (good). But, as soon as the plumber got in the home, he raised the price from $129 to $159 (immediate up-sell!) because he said the $129 was for a shower and not a 4 inch main. Then, he starts telling me if he has to remove the toilet it will be another $75 (another immediate up-sell). I simply asked him to leave. Note, I'm an engineer, have held a Florida General Contractor's License and have worked in the construction business since I was a kid. I understand the business and what it costs to work and have a profitable company. I also support local small businesses. I did not have an issue with $150 to clean a line but they already were at $160 and up selling. That business practice is distasteful to me. To remove a toilet, snake a line, install a wax ring and reinstall a toilet takes a few minutes for an experienced plumber. The entire process would be under 1 hr and they are at $159 plus $75 = $234 for 1 hour of work. That's very high not to mention the up selling is just simply ridiculous. I'd recommend you avoid a company with these business practices. There's nothing economical about Econo-Rooter!
