I would be very concerned if I was the owner of this company one of their company vehicles almost ran me off the road today when I was trying to merge on the 295 I had my 1 year old in the back seat. The driver was either insanely distracted or under the influence and it's only a matter of time before he causes a major wreck. Im very disappointed and will never hire them for any services based off the quality of people they employ.

Very professional plumbing company. They are not limited to only plumbing, they also do mechanical as well.

John has been meeting my family and many friends plumbing needs since 2003 in Jacksonville, he has always been competitively priced, extremely reliable, always punctual and extremely professional. I had other plumbers out here for the same job that he just performed and they were talking about going into the walls blah blah blah- John came in, I told him what I needed done, he spent about an hour if that much and had my kids back in their shower without going into the walls- this is the fair and honest type of service that I have come to expect from John.

Had an installer come out last week for an estimate. Was told to expect Terri to email a proposal the following day. Waited several days before calling. The lady fielding the calls didn’t/doesn’t really seem to care and would only pass me to his VM. Called again this morning and the same happened. This company came on recommendation and the installer was clean and professional. Terri on the other hand is either and poor excuse of a “plumbing manager” or has more work than he can handle. Could be my project isn’t worth his time but if this was the case they knew in advance what we needed prior to sending a man...why did they bother. I suspect the other review was on point as to project size so I wouldn’t bother calling them for anything less than a HUGE project

My AC stopped working called Griffin Services for service. They were prompt and professional handling my service. Technician Curtiss Fowler was awesome. He arrived on time and had the unit fixed in a timely manner. He was very detailed in explaining what he was repairing and the cost. The staff of Griffin service was very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this company and will be definitely using them again when needed.
