Best Air Conditioning in Jacksonville FL

I contacted this company back on 10/26/2020 as of 1/29/21 my new septic system is installed. When I first contacted duck duck they sent out a sales rep and that's just what he was a sales man. said the whole process would take a month. There was no contact of when things were going to happen people just showed up. here is what to expect if thinking about this company. every employee that shows up to your house will be amazing with the exception of the sales rep. After spending $13,500 I know have to replace my side gate, pressure wash my house and replace grass in the front yard and back. they did lay seed but the birds ate that the first day.

James Russell was very polite and professional very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and did a great job, Will be requesting him for all plumbing needs.

Their tech James came out and this is the second Ac company I have called in the last 4 days. The first told me he could find nothing wrong. James actually took the time to listen to what I was telling him. He didn't find too much issue with our ac other than the coils being disgusting. Even after he found that that was most likely our issue he still did a few more tests and found our vents were also causing an issue. He then went around the house and checked all the vents. He actually seemed as though he cares and didn't try to tell us a thousand things were wrong when they really weren't. I have a couple other companies in the past do this. Terry the lady who answered the phone was just as wonderful. She made sure I knew when we had one call ahead of us and was polite and kind on the phone. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs their plumbing, heating or air conditioning fixed.

Would never use this company due to the actions of an employee. Was vary rude and egotistic.

I could not be happier...I knew two plumbers and could not get them to come out, another company didn't even want to come look at the job, just price quoted me some crazy price over the phone...Zef and his guys are the best! Came right out, very professional, friendly and clean...great price..my new plumbers for sure!

Had an installer come out last week for an estimate. Was told to expect Terri to email a proposal the following day. Waited several days before calling. The lady fielding the calls didn’t/doesn’t really seem to care and would only pass me to his VM. Called again this morning and the same happened. This company came on recommendation and the installer was clean and professional. Terri on the other hand is either and poor excuse of a “plumbing manager” or has more work than he can handle. Could be my project isn’t worth his time but if this was the case they knew in advance what we needed prior to sending a man...why did they bother. I suspect the other review was on point as to project size so I wouldn’t bother calling them for anything less than a HUGE project

My condo had a utility closet designed poorly. Each closet holds a water heater for three units. MY water heater happens to be the unit in the back of the closet. The other two units' water heater had to be removed to install the new water heater for my unit then reinstall the other unit's water heater. Griffin's team did a fantastic job coordinating the work advising on the steps and order of tasks to be completed, including coordination with the HOA to notify the other units. They were timely and professional every step of the way. I will highly recommend Griffin without any hesitation.

Chris Peek really got me out of a pinch. Snyder overall was a good help, original guy that was sent out did ok but gave up pretty quickly. Talked to the plumbing manager and they sent Chris out, he did an awesome job and was a good dude. Thanks for your help!

Superb experience, highly recommend. Needed an emergency same day AC repair and Donovan tech Kevin Bulan responded immediately, arrived early, concisely explained next steps and quickly finished the job. Customer service agents who take calls also extremely polite, helpful and accommodating.

Very professional service..definitely hire again

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
