Used their plumbing services for years and always had good service, so I'm not sure what's happened. I left a message for them over a weekend, asking them to help us with a broken flush valve. I received a text the following Monday that they would try to be out that day, but otherwise Tuesday. I didn't hear any more from them, so Tuesday morning I texted to confirm if they were still coming. I received just Y as a response, no time frame or any other information. They showed up unannounced at my door that afternoon. They agreed the flush valve was broken and told me it's a rare part that only one store in Jacksonville carries and would be expensive. They said they'd pick up the part on Wednesday and give me a call when they had it. No word from them Wednesday, so late Thursday afternoon I figured they were having trouble finding the part. I looked it up myself. It was available for order at Lowe's and was only $15! I texted them for an update, telling them if they couldn't find the part, I could order it for them and then schedule a time for them to install it. I received a response back that they had the part and had texted me Wednesday, but I didn't respond to them. I double checked my phone, but there was no text. I responded that I didn't receive the text, please call me when you can. A full week has gone by with no call or text. We ended up ordering the part and having a friend help us fix it. I don't understand the lack of communication and unprofessionalism, and unfortunately it cost them a loyal customer.
