Called labor day water heater was not working. Guy came out same day and replaced water heater. He did great job - was only without hot water for 1/2 day.

From start to finish this was such a great experience. My wife is currently overseas on deployment, so finding the time to do this kind of work in your own is tough. Everyone that was involved in my experience from the receptionist, to sales, to the technician, really went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed and we were happy. Quality people and service here, will ALWAYS recommend!

This morning Ashley at Able plumbing called to ASK if she could send the plumber a half hour earlier than scheduled. I thought it was so considerate to be asked rather than informed. When Gregg the plumber arrived to replace the kitchen faucet, he told me fixing the existing faucet was super easy. He showed me how he did it, and gave me a modified allen wrench so I could fix it myself in the future. This is the second time this year I've called Able Plumbing and both times, the service has been truly exceptional. This is a company that seems to value customer satisfaction over huge profits. Added plumbing to backyard greenhouse. Very professional. They were as careful as possible when digging to avoid irrigation pipes. Will definitely have them do additional work at the house when needed.

Techs were there for 1:45mins and the bill was $550.It’s my fault for not asking for a quote but I didn’t think it would be $275/hr.Lesson learned. After the fact, I called a large plumbing company just to get a benchmark and they quoted $319 for the same job.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

If you look at the other reviews on here you will see the OWNER LIKES TO YELL AND CURSE AT PEOPLE. THIS IS BECAUSE THE OWNER IS A WEAK MINDED ALCOHOLIC. HE IS A TELEPHONE BADASS WHO IS NOT BRAVE ENOUGH TO YELL AND CURSE AT SOMEONE IN PERSON. Extremely weak man reliant on external substances. The work is consistently sub-par. Travis and Joe do the job correctly about 50% of the time. Plenty of other plumbers in Jax that do great work for the same price THE FIRST TIME AND YOU DON'T GET YELLED AT. BEWARE! Not a good business! Notice how run down and trashy the vans look. Read other reviews DO NOT USE! Time and money wasted. Unreliable service.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.

While the service person was professional and polite and the leak in my pool was repaired I am very upset that the repair on the pool deck was never completed! I called and was told that they FORGOT!! Now the pool is not complete and as a senior I am concerned that I may trip and fall. I think they don’t care because they got the money! Like I said I am a senior and Feel as though they have taken acdvantage of me. Be warned to not pay until the work is complete. I trusted them .....shouldn’t have!!

Removed my original review. It was factual. Beckwith Plumbing did not properly remove and replace the piping that was to be removed and replaced from my home in May to June of 2018. They left old pieces around the property, left the drainage pipes untouched, but left some with tape over bad connections. The seller of my home hired them with my money to purchase the home. I should have pushed for someone else to do the work. They kept a key to my home without my permission, as I had locked all doors a day before they came back to work (even though they argued they were done). When I arrived to meet them in the home, a worker was already working on the kitchen sink. When I asked how he got in, he claimed the door was open. I changed the locks after they almost finished. Since the closing on my home depended on finalizing the work, I agreed to stop the work. My sink leaked when I moved in. I fixed it myself. I had posted pictures, two appear to still show on their review board.

This person pulled out in front of us on 200 west nearly causing an accident, no regards to the right away or traffic laws, then actually hoked at us! If this is what type of people they employee beware
