First of all I want to say he did an amazing job on my shower head that has been leaking since forever we were always scared of getting a plumber because they are so expensive and charge a lot for estimates he charged me a reasonable price and did not charge for an estimate which I really appreciate he also looked at other issues I was having which was a lot and gave me prices for everything which was amazing. We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. Jake analyzed the problem with the air conditioning condensor and made the necessary repairs in a timely and professional manner. After Jake's visit I spoke with Lance concerning replacement of my furnace and a/c due to their age and potential repair issues. After consideration it was determined that replacing those systems would be best. The installation of those systems was completed in a timely and professional manner by Fred Fisher and assisted by Joe. I would highly recommend the professionals at Bell if you are looking for a top quality organization.

Called Tipping Hat out of a panic due to service call gone bad from another company to repair AC unit. Joseph was out here in Roxborough with in hours to assess the situation and offered options to remedy. We were offered 4 options to choose from and financing if we needed. We decided to go with a full AC and furnace upgrade which was more than what we needed, but were confident on trusting our investment with Tipping Hat Plumbing Heating & Electric. After choosing our option the install crew showed up early morning and on time the very next day ready to go to work. The install went smoothly and is a very professional and clean installation. The crew was very respectful of me working from home and of the family while they worked. They installed quickly and cleaned all the mess. I am giving Tipping hat a very rare for me a 5 star review because they hit every metric you can rate perfectly. Go elsewhere. Did work that we didn't authorize, asked for clarification, without explanation, immediately threatened with a property lien. Waiting on invoice so I can pay him and he can stop sending angry emails. I hope he stops sending them once he's paid at least. Plumbing was good though. So there's that.

Igor was fantastic! He had my sewer backup fixed in under an hour. He did a thorough job of clearing tree roots and other potential problems. Igor came highly recommended after a friend watched a plumber first hand deceive, over charge, and be outwardly disrespectful to me. It was a great relief to get a plumber here that was helpful, kind and affordable!

I don't understand the negative reviews and overlooked those because they seemed like home warranty issues, which has nothing to do with Igor. I am glad I did!

Pedro was awesome. Not only was he willing to text with my partner to evaluate the problem and see if he could support us problem solving through it, he was then very available to be out 12 hours later first thing in the morning. He was on time and very friendly and helpful. He was able to simplify what was an imevesssrily complicated initial pipe configuration that we inherited with the purchase of our new home. After getting an under mount sink with some new countertops, the entire under sink piping shifted and would not go back. Pedro not only got everything g reconnected but removed some of the unnecessary pieces. Now our under sink area is functioning great and is more spacious. Will refit let continue to have this company be our go to! Thanks again!

Our work was completed a few days ago and I think I can safely say everything went exceedingly well. We had a very unfortunate leak in our main water service line and our house is quite old with some (likely) original piping, making our job pretty complex. No other companies really offered a solution that seemed reasonable, besides Hyper Flow. I had several plumbers out to give ideas and quotes (anyone with good reviews!). Kyle was also one of the few who seemed to simply provide information and didn't seem like he was trying to scare us into spending more money or doing more work. Kyle provided great explanations of what would happen, what our options were, why other options weren't feasible, and answered questions really clearly. I felt like I was in good hands, as you could see how methodical and organized he was in his approach. We had some scuffs on our walls, etc after the work was complete but our living room was jackhammered through and basically a construction zone, so I'm not sure that could've been avoided. They also worked on our house for about 12 hours to have everything complete in one day, which I feel like was really an extra step, instead of coming back a second day. I feel pretty thrilled to have found a reliable plumber. I will definitely recommend to others and contact them first for anything else we need.

When what we thought would be a simple toilet repair became the need for immediate new toilet install, Sheron(sp?) was able to come out same day. He worked quickly and efficiently to get a new toilet installed and bring our only bathroom back to 100% functionality! The cost was very reasonable, and we are very pleased with the work done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give zero stars! Incompetent techs and even worse customer service!! If you are not pleased with the work the owner will just call and say well call a different company, we don't want to work with you. Our situation is MUCH worse now than it was before they came into our home.
