He explained how our new water heater worked and we were not overcharged! He also worked on our bathroom sink for free! I would definitely use this company in the future!

Top Shelf is fabulous, they installed my new furnace and air conditioning system. They were courteous and professional. I can’t say enough about their service, they came in the afternoon and stayed until the job was completed even though it was way past their dinner time. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I will definitely call on them again if I need any electrical work done😀

We had John Peloquin come to our house to help with an issue with our sink and bathtub not draining. He came in with confidence and a smile on his face. He was able to fix our sink with a plunger so we were not charged for that but when he looked into the tub he realized our plumbing in the crawl space was broken and leaking a lot.He assured us that the issue was fixable and offered a great price to fix our entire home plumbing. Hard to find a business so ethical and compassionate as Bell Home Solutions. They have done several projects for me over the past three years and I continue to praise their business practice.In this last case, they worked diligently to handle my furnace replacement. Lance provided great guidance when selecting my new furnace – he was patient, listened to my needs and never tried to oversell me anything beyond my needs and desires.Fred and Josh installed the unit efficiently and worked diligently to ensure everything was managed. Please understand, this was a tricky and difficult install. They went above and beyond to get my unit installed. Think about stuffing an elephant into a tissue box!!Lance, Fred and Josh were faced with hurdles all worked hard to problem solve the issues to make sure I was served and happy. They never flaunted this, but I know they incurred additional cost on their end to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Bell is a humble and fine business. I am grateful for their care!OBTW, great COVID-19 protocols demonstrated throughout!

My main line backed up on a Friday. The lady at the office was so sweet and courteous. She promised to get a tech out on the same day. Thanks so much for not making me wait until Monday.
Then Sam came out to snake the line. I can't say enough good things about the guy. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I live in an old house. The cleanout port was inaccessible due to age. But no worries. Rather than tell me at 5 pm on Friday, that he couldn't do the job. Sam came to me and said, hey I can pull the basement toilet and run the snake from there. What a champion! He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job got done right.
I'll never use any other plumbing company. And neither should you.

Finally! - I have found a *great* plumbing business. They are knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced and dependable. Both times I used them I was very pleased with the work (and they are friendly, too!). I highly recommend.

Used Quality First Service for some plumbing issues on our first home about a month ago. Pete was our plumber and he was phenomenal. Incredibly nice and approachable. Pete installed a water shut off in our home as well as replace our leaking hose bibbs with frost proof replacements. The pricing for the work was a lot more affordable than other quotes we received and they were upfront about costs with an itemized quote. Highly recommend.

Michael has done several jobs for me and has always done great work! I recommend him to all my real estate clients!

I almost don't want to write this review because I feel dumb 😂 We bought a house this past winter and could not figure out how to get our sprinklers going for the first time. I was given Kris's info from our realtor and reached out. He said he doesn't do sprinklers, but was still willing to come out and take a look. He gave me all the steps I need to turn the system on next year, how to winterize, helped me figure out our zones and then when we found 2 sizeable leaks, gave me great referrals to an irrigation company, and tightened some things that needed a little love. He was so nice and easy to chat with. Thanks again, Kris! You saved the day. I would definitely call Kris again for any plumbing needs we have for our home.

Manny was unbelievably knowledgeable and answered my many technical questions. He was very reasonable regarding my bid, which was in a signed contract not just a verbal guess, Very professional work and to code. Very far above the other plumbers I have had over my lifetime. I learned a great deal but will call Manny for all my plumbing work. I am retired and felt totally comfortable with him in my home and I would leave key for him if I am out next time. Thanks Manny
