Top Shelf definitely lives up to it's name. Worth more than 5 stars in my opinion. Ulises did an amazing job with installing my new furnace and ensuring it was working to his satisfaction; this level of dedication is amazing and i can't recommend this outfit enough. Already planning my next job with them!

Chris did a superior job. He clearly is an expert. He identified the problem quickly, knew what needed to be done to fix it, and did the repair promptly and effectively. He was pleasant to work with, polite, showed respect for our home, and valued my business.

I wouldn't use anyone but Phillip. He's honest, knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. He doesn't try to sell you service you don't need.

No cold water in the shower so I requested service through the warranty company. These guys picked up the job. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the appointment, and when the plumber arrived he spent a few minutes looking at it then said he could not get the handle off.

I went to go get a drill and a reverse bit to try and help him out, and as I started working on the handle he said he was going to leave and to call him when I got the handle off.

Soon after, the handle was removed, I called him in 30 minute intervals for the next couple hours, no answer or return call. I contacted my warranty company, they said that they would reach out to Service Network and tell them to get someone back out to do the work. 2 more hours have passed, no word from them. I called the warranty company again and they said they did hear back from Service Network and they were supposed to have reached out to schedule another appointment. Still no news.

Not sure what I'm paying either of them for at this point. Waste of an entire day.

Our downstairs shower drain has never backed up, but it has always had an offensive odor. A contractor suggested we call Plumbline Services to check it out, so we did. Cameron used an 81 machine to snake the drain line about 5-10 feet. This did not resolve the odor issue, but it did let us know that there is no blockage to worry about. Our thanks to Plumbline Services, and specifically to Cameron for being professional, courteous and efficient. His procedure was completed quickly, and for the quoted price. He also recommended a few other inspections and tests that Plumbline can do for us if the problem continues. We are happy with their service.

What can I say? Every time I call Oracle Plumbing they are quick to answer the phone. When something is scheduled, always on time! Professional and knowledgeable in the industry. Usually next day. Oh and yea, they can fix anything and won't leave until the job is done to satisfaction!
