Technician Mark replaced an old leaking faucet in the kitchen sink. He did splendid job. He also checked a few things around and informed me what will be my needs in near future.

Our furnace wasn't working properly. Called Brother's Heating on Sunday. On Monday, we had a Technician come out and do an inspection. His name is Andre and after his inspection, we found out there were numerous problems with our furnace. Andre explained all of our options very knowledgeably and nicely. We determined we needed a new furnace. Andre setup a New Furnace installation for the next day. On Tuesday morning, Michael, with Brother's Heating, was here to install our furnace. Michael was so friendly and professional in his dealings with my husband and I. He explained all aspects of the installation and how to work the new system. By Tuesday afternoon, our home was nice and warm again. We thank Brother's Heating for their wonderful service and the great Technicians they have working for them. Their prompt, friendly, professional services were great! We will recommend Brother's to anyone needing heating and air conditioning service.

Andon did a great job. Cleaned everything up and gave us a great run down of all the new parts.

Hector came out today and saved my life. He unclogged one hell of a drain problem cleaned everything out he gave me bids on other jobs i was interested in and we are now on a maintenance schedule

I have a mixed review for High Five Plumbing. They were on time and quickly provided us with a replacement hot water heater.However, there seemed to be no transparency or choice to whether or not we actually needed a new one or if it was repairable. The technician seemed to care more about upselling us than actually administering a diagnostic. The surcharge for a new hot water heater seemed to be very steep, Leaving us to feel as though we’re just had been ripped off. And then we overheard the technician openly joking to his assistant on his “successful” sale.The next day when I called back because of a backflow issue, the same tech, again without providing a diagnostic procedure, wanted to replace the backflow regulator for an even steeper surcharge and warehouse opening fee. The whole process left us with a bad taste in our mouths.So I would only recommend High Five Plumbing if you don’t care about paying a serious premium and don’t mind mediocre service providers who seem to care very little about the paying costumer!

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Brian S is an excellent technician. He quickly assessed the situation and called for the parts he needed. There were some marginal installation problems from previous work in the water heater installation that he corrected, including items that needed to pass code. He worked quickly, neatly, and steadily. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained his action thoroughly to my understanding.I thought the entire installation was pretty expensive, but I've not had this type work done in a long time and did not anticipate the way costs have gone up. The important thing is that I now I have a reliable hot water system installed in a professional and neat manner.

*July 14 2022*Tipping Hat never pulled a permit for our HVAC project and according to the inspector's office their workers compensation policy has expired.Original Review:We had a working AC before Tipping Hat began work. I reached out to them to do a proactive replacement of our AC and Furnace. The old setup worked but it was 23 years old and needed to be replaced. My wife is pregnant and we have four dogs. I figured it was best to get ahead of any potential issues.Joseph was eager to help and got us a good price for a full setup with AC, Furnace, Humidifier, and Air Purifier. He moved quickly to get us an install date of Friday 6/17. We moved quickly on the install date due to an incentive.Install of Friday 6/17 came, and Tipping Hat collected money up front and began work. 12 hours later we ended up with holes in the wall, holes in the ceiling, shady electrical work, and more importantly, no AC in a 90-degree house.I want to be clear that the two HVAC technicians, Austin and Romeo did everything in their power to try to deliver good service to us. They both deserve 5 stars, gift cards, and a new leadership team. Unfortunately, the rest of the leadership at Tipping Hat was more interested collecting checks than providing us good service.Ultimately the team went home to their air-conditioned homes on Friday night and left us trying to figure out where to sleep to keep ourselves cool.Saturday rolled around and they said, we will send an emergency service to get the unit working. While we did get the electrician in on Saturday to fix the unsafe electrical work, the team was unable to fix the AC and said, we can order parts on Monday. Seriously? It is 90+ degrees in Denver this weekend and all you can do is say see you Monday? Completely uncalled for. We had a working AC before you all began work and you are doing absolutely nothing to remedy our situation. We paid far too much money to not have a working AC system. Tipping Hat has also not offered anything to make us right. No offer of hotel stays, no discount on the work, no future service credits. They are eager to sell and are happy to let you sweat it out when their work goes sideways.

We were recently told that our pressure regulator went out and it would cost around $400-$600 to get it fixed. I found Flow-Rite through a friend and their price beat every competitor in the area! Not to mention, Ruben has been very prompt in answering any and all of my questions. Rob came and replaced the regulator in a very timely manner. These guys are fantastic to work with and I will be recommending them to everybody I know from now on!
