Our shower was clogged up, and Kevrick came out same day to repair. Super friendly and helpful, provided some other recommendations but didn’t pressure us for anything. Would definitely recommend!

We live in the house of plumbing horrors thanks to 20+ year-old appliances, 80 year-old leaded pipes and a bad 2000s flip. Have used several plumbers over the years for various jobs but when it came time to replace our hot water heater and fix a drain pipe leak, I’m so glad we called Brothers. Richard was fantastic; he arrived on time, was friendly, courteous, listened, trouble shot with us and provided sound and expert plumbing knowledge. We replaced our hot water heater same-day because we felt so comfortable and confident in his service, and having priced replacement with two other companies in the last two years, I can tell you that Brothers was well within the ballpark of its competitors. They taught me about some necessary maintenance in the house, took pictures and gave me many quotes on things we need to address in the upcoming months. I called early morning to have my water heater repaired because I couldn’t get it to relight. There was an opening at 4 in the afternoon but I had a funeral to go to. Chris in the office worked some magic and was able to find a technician to come earlier. Kenny showed up and was very professional and replaced the entire water heater with enough time for us to make it on time. Thank you to everyone who assisted in helping us.

Then Sam came out to snake the line. I can't say enough good things about the guy. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I live in an old house. The cleanout port was inaccessible due to age. But no worries. Rather than tell me at 5 pm on Friday, that he couldn't do the job. Sam came to me and said, hey I can pull the basement toilet and run the snake from there. What a champion! He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job got done right.

Bruce was absolutely awesome, came out for a company as a third party technician on a Saturday morning just to help me out during an emergency plumbing situation. He’s was very personable who was fair, honest, and professional. I was in a bind financially and Bruce bid me an outstanding price for the work he did, didn’t rip me off like a lot of the other companies do. Knew exactly what the problem was before he even showed up to the house from looking at some pictures I sent him and was in and out within the hour with the job complete. Won’t ever use another plumber besides Bruce Thomas in the Denver area again. Highly recommend.

Kris with Service Made Easy has been wonderful! We had to have extensive plumbing work done at our new house including changing out the water heater, installing a new tub and sink, repairing drains and an outdoor hose spigot. What could have been an expensive nightmare has been a dream- The prices were amazing compared to other companies! Kris was very punctual, reliable and honest. I was able to use their Services 2 times in one month.

First, I had a drip leak from our Pressure Regulating Valve attached to our main water line in our basement. Luther was able to come out and fix this within an hour once he had the right parts. Since then that issue has been resolved and the water pressure in the home remained at an ideal level.

Second, the drainage PVC from our 2nd floor bathroom sink began having a drip leak, enough to have a small area of the drywall and pain bubble. Luther was able to come in within 24 hours of contacting him and fixing this issue with 2 hours.

I would recommend his services to anyone. Thus far he is 2 for 2 in leaks in my home.
