Jim and Jim are EXCELLENT at what they do. Their work was timely, professional, and extremely high-quality. They were able to confidently deliver on a complicated plumbing setup (which others had said would require demolition, additional costs and was overall invasive). Jim and Jim are meticulous and their work shows it. I would absolutely hire them again for any future plumbing needs.

Wayne and his apprentice Jayden were a pleasure to hire. They were communicable, knowledgable, and even showed up early for their appointment. They were able to help us determine what the issue was and made it easy for someone who isn't familiar with plumbing to understand what to do to fix it. 10/10 service!

This company is a complete rip off. Charged me $390 for a kitchen line root that took only 45 minutes. Next time ill rent a machine from lowes or home depot. Avoid these scammers.

The technician that eventually arrived was great. However, I was supposed to have service the day before and they had to reschedule on me (it took them until 9pm to tell me this and my appointment was supposed to be between 10am and 3 pm). And the worst is when they did manage to show up and unclog the drain the next day, they charged $422 (which included a $50 discount). That is for less than an hour of labor and a tool you can rent at Home Depot for $70. Other services around town seem to be 1/4 the cost so that’s outrageous.
