This company was very responsive during a water emergency with my shower, and had somebody out within the hour, I wasn’t aware of the price until the technician showed up and I told him I couldn’t have him do the work for that amount because I didn’t have that much money, he worked with me on the price and got the work done in a very short amount of time. Even on a Saturday! Cannot thank this company enough.

Robert was recommended to me by my neighbor who gave him high praises as well. He installed a new gas line for my exterior bbq. Our floor drain backed up on Memorial Day weekend. With guests coming in, it was a mess! Roto-Rooter was prompt, scheduled technician Jason (5348) for noon on the Monday holiday, and by 3 we were set. Thank you, Roto-Rooter.

Josh showed up on time and had my drain cleared in less than 10 minutes. He was professional and friendly and I will definitely call them again if I have any more issues.

Plumber assumed kitchen drain was cracked due to freezing. Didn't do a thorough job in investigating. Horrible company. Don't use them. Already complained to warranty company.

James came to look at relocating my washer/dryer. He had good ideas on how we could install the pipes, vent it, etc. The problem is that he never emailed a quote, when I asked a status, he said he was busy but would email the quote. I never heard back, pisses me off, because I told him I’ve had three other plumbers do the same thing to me. I don’t recommend him; small or complicated jobs are not in his scope.
