My review is more for Joe than Brothers itself, though the company was timely and efficient. I will be returning to Brothers for future plumbing needs.Joe R. is an incredibly likable plumber. He fixed a broken pipe in no time at all, and was a joy to chat with and learn from. He clearly knows the tools of his trade, and I trust the work he does.

I emailed them with photos of my gas water heater replacement project and got very fast response on price and ETA same day. ANDON was the technician and he arrived as scheduled and explained what I need to do even in case the pilot light goes out. I used them for my other house 2 years ago with same high quality service. Will use them again without a doubt.

Really dependable and gives reasonable rates

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Requested a quote for a home water softening and filtration system, and a point-of-use reverse osmosis system. The softening & filtration packages were extremely overpriced. I have an instant hot water tap (separate from the main sink faucet) that has its own filtration system, and I was told that I couldn't use it for reverse osmosis because the faucet was made of metal. I was told I'd have to drill a new hole in my counter top and that I would need a new, separate faucet. Not only did that make no sense, it was completely untrue. I now have an RO system that replaces the filtered portion of my previous setup with no unnecessary drilling into my counter top. Glad I avoided that costly mistake.

The pressure reducing valve started leaking late Friday afternoon. I did a search on line for plumbers and noticed the outstanding reviews for After Hours. I called and spoke with Bruce. Sent a picture to him showing the valve and connection. Within a few minutes he sent a text with a price range assuring me it would be within the range. Art D. responded to my home and was here for two and a half hours - leaving at 7:30PM. Art D. was fantastic. Did an excellent job and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. I spent the entire time with Art and learned a lot about plumbing. I can't say enough concerning the service and price I received from After Hours. Would I recommend After Hours? ABSOLUTELY!!! And by the way, ask for Art D. You won't be disappointed.

This company was recommended by my HOA. They are great! They were on time, actually even earlier than expected. Sam and his crew were courteous, professional, and even performed some functions not strictly required. Very knowledgeable. I'll use them in the future for more work I need with some plumbing.

We were in urgent need of plumbing help late on a Friday night and he came when other plumbers said they couldn't be there until the next day. Philip was amazing, honest, fair, clean, friendly. And got the job done fast. I would recommend this business to my friends and will!

Leon was VERY FAST, PROFESSIONAL, and QUICKLY found the problem to our garbage disposal not working. He made sure to fix it and uickly resolve the problem! He was in and out very quickly! A+ Service!

Pipe it up helped us with shower problems and provided a quick turnaround. Victor did a great job (he actually completed 2 jobs with us) and no problems anymore with our shower. The other job was adding a sink in our basement which works wonderfully. Thanks a bunch!

Marcus and Keith were great. They were on time, professional, and efficient in getting the job done quickly and right. Have now used Befort for two different jobs (installing a new toilet and repairing a broken pipe) and have been extremely happy with every part of the service--from scheduling to the work done in house. Also great that they are a (relatively rare) woman-owned plumbing/heating company, and we like to support that. Will definitely continue to use them moving forward.

Robert Kept me from getting gouged by some other companies. He won't recommend work unless it needs it and prices work fairly. Would use him again for sure!

Pro Innovation Plumbing replaced all the crumbling CPVC pipes in the house with PEX and updated many fixtures Their bid was competitive with the small guys and way cheaper than the big corporate plumbers. The kicker was they also have drywall guys they call on to repair the drywall that had to be removed. This made the whole experience much easier.

These folks do an outstanding job and worked hard and long hours to provide us with water and update our plumbing.
I highly recommend them.

These guys are the best. They figured out a mystery plumbing issue in our kitchen line that we had been trying to figure out for months and stumped three other plumbers. Nelson Millas is also incredibly friendly!
