Had to get a second opinion and found King Rooter to be extremely professional with the best prices for the required services. They use top technology and experienced professionals.

Issac was outstanding he explained every detail and spend extra time on site to assure the system was running properly, this was a return visit from work done June 5 by another tech. The previous work overlooked making sure the system was operating prior to leaving. I will add the prior call was because my fan on the unit wasn’t working. Not sure if the prior tech should have assured the AC was 100% prior to leaving so Isaac was sent as follow up. Thx Isaac

The plumber that came to our home was nice, professional and courtesy. I explained our problem to Carlisha, she took the time to listen and trouble shoot. After trying to reduplicate the plumbing issue. We agreed it was my children flooding the bathroom was the issue. I never felt like I was rushed,or that my issue was a job for $. We were recently told that our pressure regulator went out and it would cost around $400-$600 to get it fixed. I found Flow-Rite through a friend and their price beat every competitor in the area! Not to mention, Ruben has been very prompt in answering any and all of my questions. Rob came and replaced the regulator in a very timely manner. These guys are fantastic to work with and I will be recommending them to everybody I know from now on!

Igor was fantastic! He had my sewer backup fixed in under an hour. He did a thorough job of clearing tree roots and other potential problems. Igor came highly recommended after a friend watched a plumber first hand deceive, over charge, and be outwardly disrespectful to me. It was a great relief to get a plumber here that was helpful, kind and affordable!

I don't understand the negative reviews and overlooked those because they seemed like home warranty issues, which has nothing to do with Igor. I am glad I did!

We had to urgently call a plumber after a pipe burst in our basement. After calling multiple companies who said that they could not come out until the next day or later we found After Hours Plumbing and Drainage Services. Bruce came out within two hours in the evening on a Monday. He found and repaired the leak promptly and gave us suggestions on water restoration companies. The price was steep but it was also an emergency visit during a busy time.

I loved working with Pedro, he’s professional, takes his work seriously and is a delight to have around. He’s going to be my go to guy from here on out.

I did not have a good experience with this company. We did a bathroom and kitchen remodel and needed plumbing replaced. The plumber made significant mistakes that they came out and fixed twice. The plumbing under the sink in the bathroom and kitchen are completely not compatible with the sinks and faucets we provided and had to be replace by us at our own expense because we have lost complete confidence in their ability to perform the requested tasks correctly.
