Super professional! Very knowledgeable, and gave me advice on things I hadn’t thought about yet. Didn’t pressure me into a sale, let me think about it before I made a decision.

I do not recommend working with Brothers. I contacted them to get an air conditioning unit installed in my home. During the process it was found that we would need to replace our electrical box because it was extremely outdated and not up to code. We were told it was hazardous and that it needed to be taken care of ASAP. Believing that we would be able to get the box replaced and then an AC unit installed quickly we sat through the process of taking out a loan for the work. We were then told that we would be hearing from an electrician that week.We did not hear from an electrician that week. We did not hear from an electrician for an entire month. It was only after several calls to speak with the manager of the team that I was able to get an update on our project. I was told that they were working with the electrical company to get permission to replace and move everything and that the manager, Byron, would be in touch. He was not. For months I called to get updates and was told we were waiting on Xcel Energy. At one point a rep from Xcel showed up to my home unannounced waiting to meet with Byron who never showed.It has been 7 months since this process started. I have not heard from Brothers in at least 2 maybe 3 months and no work has been done on my home.UPDATE: Brothers has said they will be in touch with me to discuss this matter but left me one voicemail and then called me again at 7am the next day which was understandably not a convenient time to talk.

Cannot beat the price or service. Very professional, clean, and walked us through the steps. We have used them for multiple projects around our house and will continue to use them. Highly recommend them for any plumbing.

Very professional. On time and quick. Answered the phone the first time I called and did a very good job installing our kitchen faucet. I would definitely recommend him.

Steven showed up to provide a quote and was able to transition directly into the work that same day. He made a variety of repairs and installs, talked us through each step and what the final product would be. The work was done completely and in a very tidy fashion! We will be calling High 5 for all of our plumbing needs.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Found water in our crawl space that we identified as coming from our humidifier. Found Bell via Google and luckily they were able to send a tech out within a couple of hours. Nate was extremely professional, wore a mask and shoe covers, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and handled all of our issues in a timely manner. I found services to be reasonably priced and signed up for a yearly membership which covers a lot of the in incidental costs. Highly recommend Nate and Bell for any of your HVAC needs.

Bruce was great. We had a major sewer emergency backup nightmare and he was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it for us in a few hours. Will absolutely use them again. Very pleased!

I had the pleasure of having technician Phil Metz install my gas water heater. Phil was courteous, and a total professional. The job had complications of limited space, gas line issues, and not up to code. Phil offered solutions. He proceeded to install this water heater with attention to detail as if this was his own home. I'm extremely satisfied!!

Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!

Chris and Laith are world class plumbers and even better humans! Super friendly and professional. Excellent communication and they work fast while still making sure to cover all bases.
