6/22/23 heard dripping noise coming from upstairs bathroom & noticed that the toilet tank had a crack. Called Brothers immediately because it was leaking buckets of water on both sides. JUSTIN came to the rescue! Replaced the valve & toilet. He went above & beyond to fix the problem in a timely matter. He was a porcelain God! He was so patient, friendly, considerate, professional, genuine & a true Superman. Couldn't ask for a better person in my time of need. THANK YOU SO MUCH JUSTIN! Give this man a major bonus or raise. He is a true diamond in the rough. The best!

Steven was extremely professional and very helpful. He replaced our main water pipe with a new valve and the price was extremely fair. He took about 40 mins total. My girlfriend and I were extremely pleased and relieved. It’s hot and we couldn’t have our water on she to a broken line, but now everything works awesome! Thank you Steven! My warranty company sent this plumbing company to my house when I believed my water heater had a leak. After Igor,the plumber, arrived he figured out that my water heater was fine and that my humidifier on the furnace was leaking. Instead of letting my know that this wasn’t covered by my warranty company, he fixed it and then charged me a ridiculous amount. When I expressed my frustration at the now large bill he told me he didn’t know it wasn’t going to be covered until after he fixed it. A true lie if I’ve ever heard one. The worst part is that he charged me an outrageous amount to reattach a hose to the humidifier drain (something I could have easily done). Never use this company. These are the typical service men that like to rake people over the coals.

What a nightmare I had at my house but Pedro and Bruce tackled the job with confidence and completed a job roto rooter charged $400 for and didn’t do anything. Pedro is a master plumber and is the right guy to handle the job! Thanks you Pedro!

My stepmother needed to have her main drain line cleaned. The service we received from this company was fantastic. The person who came, Alan, was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. I needed to call Alan later to discuss our problem and he was responsive and gave good advice. He truly went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend this company and am very appreciative for Alan's help.

15/10 would call again. Lance from Professional Plumbers came by to fix my kitchen drain that had back flows. He was professional and provided great service snaking and jetting for a reasonable price.

Quality First Plumbing did a great job helping with what seemed like a major crisis on a weekend. I was panicked as my basement had water in it and Dee (CSR and Dispatch) was very kind and helpful over the phone. She was able to get Eli (tech) out to my home that day. Eli was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail to me so I better understood the problem, how he fixed it and the maintenance. I really appreciate both their efforts in helping me and I am so grateful.

Manny was unbelievably knowledgeable and answered my many technical questions. He was very reasonable regarding my bid, which was in a signed contract not just a verbal guess, Very professional work and to code. Very far above the other plumbers I have had over my lifetime.
