Best Sewer Line Repair in Aurora CO

Came out same day and fixed our sewer line backup. Tech was very professional and explained exactly what was going on and discussed options for future repair work.

Brother's Plumbing sent out a technician on 2/4/2023 for an annual maintenance visit to our heating unit. We were subscribed to their membership program. The Technician Ryan came out and after changing the filter, and inspecting the furnace, shut it off without warning to us and refused to turn it back on. He claimed it had holes that made the unit unsafe to operate, and that he was obligated by law to turn the unit off. He could not produce evidence of this requirement when we questioned him. He called his manager Justin to explain the situation who also could not produce evidence of this requirement. The technician refused to turn the unit back on and instead presented us with an estimate for $12,500.00 to replace the unit so that we would have heat.We called another professional company for a second opinion. A few hours later they disputed Brother's claim that the unit was unsafe to operate, needed to be turned off, and replaced immediately. In addition, they, and other contractors familiar with the matter have since confirmed that this is a business strategy used by certain companies such as Brother's. We talked with the Brother's Manager Justin twice during the incident and after the second opinion and were yelled at and insulted rather than offered an apology and a solution.This technician Ryan was clearly trained and likely incentivized in this tactic of false information, intimation, turning the heating unit off under false pretense (and without telling us first), and refusing to turn it back on.This policy that Ryan was referring to requiring him to render the unit inoperable was clearly an internal Brother's policy, not a law.The cost we incurred for the second opinion, inspection of the unit, and subsequently turning it back on (as there was no damage that rendered the unit unsafe to operate) was $149.00.We have since terminated all memberships with Brother's and request them to refund this cost we incurred as result of their fraudulent business practice.

We contacted a different plumber for assistance with a toilet install and we never received a call back. Friends of ours recommended Euro Plumbing and gave us their number. They answered my call and set up an appointment right away. Andon was the technician who did the install and he followed COVID rules, and was wonderful and professional! We will use Euro Plumbing again for our plumbing needs. Thank you, Andon!

Our very old A/C unit had been on the fritz and we called Tipping Hat to come check it out. While we were expecting it, it’s never good news to hear you need to replace your entire HVAC system. That being said, the team at Tipping Hat were very courteous and gave us numerous options with different price points.They were able to come out the next day to install the new A/C and furnace and I was so incredibly impressed with their friendly dispositions and kindness. I even had a delivery come while they were here and Chappy brought it in for me! I had pleasant conversations throughout the day with everyone (Corey, Jorge, & Romeo). The job was done quickly and they took great care in cleaning up any messes.I would highly recommend Tipping Hat to anyone looking for a professional company with employees that are fair, love their job, and truly care about their customers!

I've never used this company, but I was looking for a plumber in the area. When evaluating who you choose, look at how an owner responds to criticism or poor reviews. This man has severe anger issues and doesn't understand professionalism. I would go elsewhere if I were you.

Igor was recommended by a neighbor who is a painter. I have used him twice and and both times he was on time, gave me a fair quote once he saw what needed to be done, did the work as promised and no problems whatsoever. I trust his recommendations, he really seems to know what he is doing and doesn't try to upsell just to make more money. If I tell him I want a quick, cheap fix, he will do it or if I want something to last, he will tell me the best way. I feel like I am in good hands and can count on Igor for any plumbing needs. He replaced cartridges in my shower and bathroom faucets. Replaced the drain and stopper in a bathroom sink, replaced all hoses and valves to the sink faucets and toilets, installed a garbage disposer, installed an air conditioner condensation drain, installed a water main shut off valve and replaced gas shut off valves to the furnace and water heater. We just moved into the house and wanted to make sure everything was in working order since the faucets were dripping, the drain pipe broke and air conditioner was leaking. I will be calling Igor for all our pluming needs from now on and highly recommend him!

Woke up one day and my kitchen ceiling was leaking water. I reached out to one of my FB groups and Bruce was recommended by three people. My husband gave him a call that evening and he was able to come out the following morning.

He found and fixed the problem within an hour! He worked fast and diligently, had tons of knowledge of what he was doing, and even offered support/advice for any future plumbing issues we may have. He also does landscaping! We will be hiring him soon to cut down some trees/fix up our yard.

10/10, this is someone we will go back to for all our plumbing needs. Thanks so much Bruce!

Jason was amazing to work with! He was able to show up the same day to give us a quote and come the same week to install a gas line for a new stove. He was very kind, very professional and very friendly to our overly excited puppies. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again

LCM HOA called10/7 main line clogged and anyone on that line uses water it comes into my unit including dirty toilet water. 10/13 still not fixed

I wouldn’t hire or work with this company. They came out about a year ago and installed a new water heater for us. After a year the connections have been corroding and after looking at it myself and speaking with another certified master plumber we realized they were too lazy to swap out the old pipes/connections from the old water heater. When we called to inform them about this, they were reluctant and refused to fix it on their expense because “I” was not their customer but the insurance company was. It’s just really disappointing to hear and see that this type of customer service exists. They don’t put you first but are worried about how they’ll make money instead of just providing a quality service.

Truly disappointed to say the least.
