It is with great pleasure that I tell the world that Ben with APC Plumbing was absolutely the best in getting my house ready for sale. I had a punch list to get completed and had hired another plumber and he did not complete the job. My 87 year old mother used them to fix a clog, the next day they used a camera and said I have good news and bad news, the bad news it was a break in the sewage line, the good news it's in your yard had it been in the alley it would've cost a lot. We can fix it for 6k. We went ahead and got it fixed, the following day Jordyn called me and said he found 2 more breaks, one that goes from where we fixed it to the house, the other one was in the alley, it's going to cost an additional 16k. I asked him how did it break in 24 hrs? I told him he was trying to take advantage of my elderly mother. He said no that he couldn't see the break without water running through it, he said the water was off, I told him no it wasn't, the kid you sent out yesterday left it on for my mom but not to use number 2, no toilet paper. He was caught in multiple lies, so please be aware of your elderly parents need help make sure someone is there. By the end of our conversation, he admitted there were no breaks, It's sad that there are so many unworthy people working who deceive just to get more money out of those who are vulnerable! Please be aware
