I live in Littleton and was referred to this company by someone else. I called first thing Monday morning after my water heater began leaking over the weekend. I told her about my leak and that I already reached out to the water heater manufacturer and confirmed that the water heater would likely need to be replaced and was still covered under warranty for the leak. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and told me that the soonest opening would be on Tuesday but that she would see if someone could come over if they finished another job early. She took down my address and phone number. She called me back later Monday afternoon to say that nobody was able to finish early so she scheduled an appointment for 8:30-9:30 Tuesday morning. Well at 8:30 on Tuesday I get a call from Kevin who says: I'm not coming to your house because I only service the area of Parker and I don't go that far. I made it very clear where I lived when I first called and even gave my address and nobody told me that it would be a problem for him to come to my house. He didn't care at all that I was going on day 2 with no hot water. He also admitted that he didn't want to do the job because it was warranty work which requires him to buy the water heater and then wait as long as a month to be reimbursed by the manufacturer and it wasn't worth his time to come all the way out to my house for that type of job. I would just like to warn anyone of my experience as there are many other good plumbing companies available in the Denver area and I wouldn't trust someone who is more concerned about cherrypicking the most lucrative plumbing jobs while abandoning those jobs that were already scheduled by his company, but may be less desirable work.

They do a very good job for a good price

Steve was professional, informative and let me know what he was doing every step of the way.

My garbage disposals motor was running but the disposal was not working I tried to clear it out to get anything that may have been jamming it out of the way and was unsuccessful visibly there was no jam. I called Rooter town and they sent a very polite man named Billy the same day who arrived during the window provided and fixed the problem within minutes. I even got a call to notify me when he was on his way. I was expecting to have a large bill but was very pleased at the low price and great services provided.

I woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. My water heater was 20 years old so I knew it was time for a new one. I contacted Balkan Plumbing and he immediately texted me four options for a replacement. I called him back about 11am and he was at my house at 4pm and quickly installed the new water heater. I highly recommend Balkan Plumbing.
