We had a leak coming from second story bath that was coming out in the finished basement ceiling. Jeff asked several questions, did some figuring, and told us where the problem originated and how it got where it ended up. He did some really nice contortionist work and fixed our leak, and also did the job for exactly what he estimated it would cost. King Rooter and Plumbing and Jeff are highly recommended! five stars!

Tech was very efficient and knowledgeable. He's been to our house twice and is also very polite and sincere. I would definitely recommend him.

It is a pleasure to write a review for Morgan Lowell, an expert technician at High 5 Plumbing. Morgan arrived and we discussed what the problem might be. We looked at scenarios from simple to complicated. It turns out that the intial problem was easliy fixed and Morgan explained what I needed to do to maintain and keep the issue from arising again.We had a discussion about possible replacement of toilets in my house. Morgan took time to explain my options and was so kind in helping me see how the different options would be beneficial.In the future I will use High 5 Plumbing, but only under the condition that Morgan Lowell is the technicain to do the work. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and left no confusion.His patience and understanding of my situation was so apperciated.High 5 Plumbing is lucky to have him in their employ.

Michael who is the owner is a very nice guy. He answered our call this morning and was at our house and had our problem fixed by the afternoon. Almost all the other places were 3 days to a week out. Reasonable up front pricing is a big deal for me. No tricky price changing or anything like that. He fixed our hot and cold water pipes coming into the kitchen sink. The lines and handles and everything he did is a big upgrade to the cheap stuff the home builders used. He did a great job, cleaned up everything after he was done and wore the shoes covers even when walking around our home which I liked a lot. I will recommend him to my family and friends. I called late in the evening and Pam was quick to respond and set up an appointment to have my homes sewer line cleaned. Raymond called early and arrived on time. He was very helpful and discussed the process to me. I was very happy with the overall turnout and would recommend Colorado Sewer Services to anyone with a sewer clog or backup.

We used Tipping Hat for the first time when it was discovered that our kitchen drain line was leaking. We had some water issues earlier this year and were still in the process of getting that work done, so facing more repair work was very stressful. Dan arrived on time was very professional explained everything along the way, even going as far as doing a little extra work for the original quote. When he found out after starting that more work had to done he requoted the job, for what we felt was a fair price, much more extensive work needed to be done. He did an excellent job was thoughtful and careful. Definitely will use this company again.

Mr. Patino and his team at Flow-Rite are top-notch professionals. We have used Flow-Rite twice now. They're always on time. They don't upsell you products and services you don't need. And they get the job done.

It's so hard to find a good plumber out there who charges reasonable rates and does quality work. Look no further. These guys are the best. I'd give these guys six stars if I could.

Absolutely amazing guys, couldn't recommend them more! They arrived the same day we encountered the problem and did a very complex and a huge job. Very experienced, honest and personable crew. Most of all, they went above ans above to ensure us everything is going to be done by code and with high quality which it was a very quality job. They cleaned up and put everything back like nothing happened. They provided us with a price I know we wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. Amazing company! 👏

Terrible company. Do not use. I have an emergency and they could care less. My water heater is literally leaking and causing water damage to my house and needs to be addressed immediately, but they don't do emergency things I guess. I unfortunately have to use my home warranty, who is equally as bad, Fidelity National Home Warranty, avoid them as well. They have tried to contact them and now that they can't they want to offer me a cash out that no one even remotely covers the little amount they want to give.
These people however, finally answered a phone call after me explaining that this leak is causing water damage to my home and mold and mildew. They finally said they could get someone out to drain and move it and would come back the next day or 2 to put in the new water heater. 3 hours later and literally over dozens of phone calls later, no is responding and no one showed up. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. My water heater is still leaking and causing damage as I write this and I am also still dialing trying to get someone to answer. DO NOT call these people for anything. They will not show up and they could care less about their customer.
After reading the responses from their customer service team, let me head you off there. My warranty company may be terrible, but when they have already authorized you guys to do the work and refuse to call me back, answer any of my phone calls or answer the warranty company's phone call, the fault lies solely on you and your company. If you do not want to own up to your terrible business practices and customer services, don't hide behind the warranty company like you don't understand how to answer a phone or return a phone call. These issues from all of these reviews are on you.
