We had a leaky tub faucet and decided to just have the knob, plate, and faucet replaced. Jeff B. was prompt, polite, and explained everything he was doing along the way. A big plus was that my dogs (who can be absolute jerks) loved Jeff B. and barely left his side while he was working. Great work! We'll be using Brothers again.

Andon showed up to replace the water heater in my Arvada Townhome and he was fantastic. He kept everything clean and his work ethic was impressive. He explained things to me and also found 2 code issues from the previous installation which he corrected for a minimal charge. I'll call them again for sure the next time I need a plumber!!

We called High Five for a second opinion on a broken pipe that drains from the kitchen. High Five informed us that we didn’t need to dig up the backyard to repair the pipe as all the drainage pies were clean and functional and met together far from the house. A previous plumber told us that we would have to repair a very old clay pipe and would cost thousands. High Five assessed our outgoing drainage and called it good. The previous team put a bypass drain in place that is functional and up to code per High Five. So Co we appreciate that thy approved the bypass and did t attempt to make thousands off of us! Steven was courteous and explained all the steps as he went. We are very grateful.

Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

We called Mike to deal with a kitchen drain problem that came up on a weekend. He rearranged his schedule and came out on a Sunday to clear the drain and fix a pipe leak in the same line. In the process of investigating, Mike identified that there was no venting on the line and that the seal around our the sink had been compromised as well. He was extremely thorough and clearly explained everything, and what needed to be done to fix our primary issue (leak and drain cleaning) that day to get us up and running. We asked Mike to quote out the vent issue as well and had him come back at a later time for that. For both visits, Mike was prompt, communicated with us clearly on his expected timing, tested and retested to ensure no other leaks and left everything so clean it was as if he was never there. I highly recommend him and expect we will use him again in the future.

Colorado Sewer came to clean my sewer today. While the technician was very friendly and personable, my sewer line is not clean.
I had a sewer scope done later this same day and they found multiple spots where the line is still occluded! When I called Colorado Sewer to ask them to remedy their work, they said they would have to send their own camera down my line. I would have to pay for this—$100! Then if they see the same occlusions, they will re-clean.
This is unacceptable, especially since Colorado Sewer is one of the more expensive sewer cleaning services out there!
Do not, do not, do not use Colorado Sewer!

I’ve used Tipping Hat in the past for several repairs including Furnace replacement, duct work, and plumbing installation and their work was always performed with quality, timeliness and reasonable cost in mind. So went I needed my AC unit replaced I reached back out to the team over there. They provided several options, including some upgrades and work with us to find the right solution within budget. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give zero stars! Incompetent techs and even worse customer service!! If you are not pleased with the work the owner will just call and say well call a different company, we don't want to work with you. Our situation is MUCH worse now than it was before they came into our home.
