The good: once we finally got a technician to our home, he was fantastic - cheerful, helpful, did good work.The bad: They cancelled the appointment 3 times and finally showed up by duress for the 4th appointment. One of the 3 'cancellations' they called ahead. The other two they just didn't show up. Each time we called, they answered the phone with 'how can we make you smile' but when we told them how they could make us smile - by honoring their commitment, they assured us that they have to prioritize their 'customers of 30 years' over their 'new customers.'I prefer a company that simply honors their word and when they cannot keep their word, they apologize and make up for it.My wife called the owner to complain after 1 cancel and 2 no shows and he called back and left an incredibly gruff and rude message for her. I called him telling him I didn't appreciate his approach and he doubled down on how little we mean to him and how he must 'prioritize his 30 year customers over us' as if he has SO many 30 year customers. Come on. It isn't a dichotomy between those two populations.So, 1 star.If they had apologized each time they cancelled/no showed, it would be 3 or even 4 stars. I have no problem with a business simply calling and saying, 'we're so sorry, we're overbooked' or 'we're very sorry, other customers had emergencies, we'll make it up to you.' But to cancel or ignore appointments and then double down against a customer? Not good.

The guys did an excellent job overall, and they were very attentive to my requests. Their attention to detail with the work that they did was great. At one point my internet connection was lost and I was working from home, and they were very considerate, waiting for the issue to resolve before they left. I appreciated their level of care and communication. The only area that could have been better was ensuring that they cleaned up after themselves (cut wire, sawdust, concrete dust), but I'm willing to look past that due to the other positives. I think they do great work and I would still use them again for future needs.

They came to fix a dishwasher issue and the job was done quickly and correctly. They also identified other possible issues for our consideration. Very knowledgeable people!

We had a main line sewer backup that was cored and in need of jetting. This happened on a weekend, and Hyper Flow Service Company was able to send Jeremy out the same day when I called on Sunday. Jeremy jetted the line and got it unblocked. He also showed us the entire line on the camera once it was clear. He was very helpful and very quick and efficient!

We had a drain break in our master bath Monday morning and Jason was out and installed a new one the same day so we could get started on water mitigation. We’ve tried several of the larger plumbing service providers since moving here and had just accepted that plumbing work in Denver must be 5x the price it was in Indiana. Millennial proved us wrong! They were extremely affordable, responsive and great communicators. We won’t use anyone else.

We called Mike to deal with a kitchen drain problem that came up on a weekend. He rearranged his schedule and came out on a Sunday to clear the drain and fix a pipe leak in the same line. In the process of investigating, Mike identified that there was no venting on the line and that the seal around our the sink had been compromised as well. He was extremely thorough and clearly explained everything, and what needed to be done to fix our primary issue (leak and drain cleaning) that day to get us up and running. We asked Mike to quote out the vent issue as well and had him come back at a later time for that. For both visits, Mike was prompt, communicated with us clearly on his expected timing, tested and retested to ensure no other leaks and left everything so clean it was as if he was never there. I highly recommend him and expect we will use him again in the future.

We were not pleased with the service at Colorado Sewer Service. We were charged twice for the same problem they came to fix. One worker came to unclog a drain in an apartment, could not fix the issue, so they sent a second worker for the same problem. When the second worker tried to unclog it, he couldn't get it to open up either in the first unit and decided to go into the upstairs unit to try from there. This worked and he got the drain unclogged, but when we were billed it was $245 instead of $122. We called to inquire about this and the lady on the phone told us in an uncaring way that because they entered two apartments there's two billing services, regardless of whether it is the same issue or not. We were very frustrated and won't be returning to CSS.

During a remodel in 2020-21, Flowrite did the plumbing work for my project per my contractor. During my first night in my home June 2021, my shower backed up, and the toilet overflowed. After calling my contractor he contacted Flowrite. They refused to accept responsibility and come to my home, to try to fix the problem. My contractor had to contact a couple other companies to put a camera down the drain to find the obstruction. A piece of PVC pipe was retrieved. It had been left in the drain when everything was closed up. The plumber with the camera charged my project/contractor $750. Flowrite again refused to pay for this, even though it was their mess-up leaving a piece of pipe in my drain, for my contractor to pay this bill. I would never hire them for any plumbing needs.

Look elsewhere. Incompetent, Ineffective and rude service technician. The tech certified the system as OK while clearly there is large refrigerant leak and the compressor is shutting down.

We called to politely inform management and identify a path forward towards resolution and the service manager indicated that I should just call another company.

edit: (In response to the Response from the owner): That is nonsense and impressive that you are not owning your own failure. You did NOT diagnose a simple problem, the coil was visibly damaged and leaking. Your job is to diagnose the problem, not the warranty company. Telling me to call another company is on you too.
