We called Mike to deal with a kitchen drain problem that came up on a weekend. He rearranged his schedule and came out on a Sunday to clear the drain and fix a pipe leak in the same line. In the process of investigating, Mike identified that there was no venting on the line and that the seal around our the sink had been compromised as well. He was extremely thorough and clearly explained everything, and what needed to be done to fix our primary issue (leak and drain cleaning) that day to get us up and running. We asked Mike to quote out the vent issue as well and had him come back at a later time for that. For both visits, Mike was prompt, communicated with us clearly on his expected timing, tested and retested to ensure no other leaks and left everything so clean it was as if he was never there. I highly recommend him and expect we will use him again in the future.

Jacob my technician is a very knowledgeable electrician who took time diagnosing my issue then he explained my options clearly. He was able to complete the project immediately. Very rude guy... I called in offering marketing services. I realize it can be annoying to get a cold call in the middle of a busy day- but No thank you Im not interested would be preferable to getting shouted at, cussed out, and hung up on. Especially since I only asked one time very friendly.

Josh re ran plumbing pipes for my shower and vanity. In addition, he replaced my water meter dome. He wore a mask and gave me a fair price for great work!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is very unreliable and very unprofessional. BEWARE!!
