We had problems with our drain being clogged and our technician came early and he performed his duties very well. He also told us that we still need more to do and it was going to be a little pricey, but the insurance will cover it, so that’s a plus. I would recommend them to others and will ask them for help the next time if it happens again.

Michael was very professional and thorough. I had many plumbing issues needing repair. What started out as simple fixes turned into serious problems. He explained everything that needed to be done and did an awesome job. I will be using Brothers and hopefully Michael, on my next issue. Thank you Michael and the rest of the staff!!

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. I was told by the employee who scheduled our appointment over the phone that it would be a $99.00 diagnostic fee, and if there was in depth diagnostics to be done the tech would go over the hourly cost with me at that time. But when the tech showed up he said it was $99.00 just to have him show up! And the diagnosis would be $200.00 on top of the $99.00. And none of this would go towards any repairs that might have to be made. Very unprofessional. Puts both me and the tech in a very awkward position. Regardless of how professional the tech was (which he was) it was not worth the extra $200.00 for a diagnostics that was not previously discussed. Had I known this over the phone I would have kept calling other companies to find a more reasonable price just to have someone look at our unit. I certainly will not use them in the future, and I don't recommend anyone else use them.

Honest and reliable. Will definitely use again. Went out of house way to help me and didn't even charge me because what I thought was a huge repaired turned out to be n not too serious. He could've charged me for much more.

My water pressure at the service valve was running at 120 psi. It should be somewhere near 60 and 80 psi. Because of the high water pressure, the faucet fixture hardware and things like diverters were getting worn out which causes malfunctions and disruptive sounds.

This company was quick to respond, with the ability to come out within the next few days.

James was our plumber. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained everything and was focused on getting the problem solved as opposed to trying to upsell in the process.

He installed a water flow restrictor, rechecked the pressure and cleaned up.

I will be doing future plumbing work with Hyper Flow going forward.

We called Mike to deal with a kitchen drain problem that came up on a weekend. He rearranged his schedule and came out on a Sunday to clear the drain and fix a pipe leak in the same line. In the process of investigating, Mike identified that there was no venting on the line and that the seal around our the sink had been compromised as well. He was extremely thorough and clearly explained everything, and what needed to be done to fix our primary issue (leak and drain cleaning) that day to get us up and running. We asked Mike to quote out the vent issue as well and had him come back at a later time for that. For both visits, Mike was prompt, communicated with us clearly on his expected timing, tested and retested to ensure no other leaks and left everything so clean it was as if he was never there. I highly recommend him and expect we will use him again in the future.

We were not pleased with the service at Colorado Sewer Service. We were charged twice for the same problem they came to fix. One worker came to unclog a drain in an apartment, could not fix the issue, so they sent a second worker for the same problem. When the second worker tried to unclog it, he couldn't get it to open up either in the first unit and decided to go into the upstairs unit to try from there. This worked and he got the drain unclogged, but when we were billed it was $245 instead of $122. We called to inquire about this and the lady on the phone told us in an uncaring way that because they entered two apartments there's two billing services, regardless of whether it is the same issue or not. We were very frustrated and won't be returning to CSS.

I had a non working video door bell, the guy the company sent decided 2 mins into working into my house that he might have to break down walls to fix the electric issue. I asked him if electricity was getting to the door bell he said it will cost me an additional $200 dollars plus the $50they already charge for showing up to check the voltage with a little voltage tool. He then proceeded to quote me 1k to help me install a new door bell when I purchase a new one smh. Never again

Very professional workmanship and communication. My sewer line needed to be replaced from the basement floor drain to the street. Very long difficult process to deal with but this company helped me get my home back as quickly as possible and did a great job doing so.

Justin really saved me last year. I had doctor fix it come out and tell me I needed a whole new furnace/AC. i knew that was bogus and called SN for a second opinion. Justin spent some time working on the unit and made a couple of trips but determined all I had was a closed fire damper and got me up and running. My second opinion saved me over $9,000. Very trustworthy person to do business with and I will use them in the future.
