Steer clear of this company! They will cause damage to your property and take ZERO accountability. You’ll be left with thousands of dollars in repair and they will say they want to help but don’t follow through with anything they say. Save yourself the headache and call a different company.

Don’t even consider using Brothers for your service needs. I called them for two different items. One was a broken exterior hose bib. They came out and charged me $67 for a trip free to tell me they were going to charge $650+ to replace it. To put that in perspective that’s a $50 part and $600 in labor for a job that’s 1-1.5 hrs of work. Their business model appears to be to have technicians drive around the city and give ridiculous quotes, and only do work for suckers who are willing to pay the overprice fees. My second thing I called them on was an AC maintenance. I have two units, they looked at the first and said I need to fully replace it ($20k quote) and then they didn’t even do the routine maintenance on the other unit. Again charged a $97 for a trip fee and didn’t even do the work I requested. To make matters worse the AC unit they did look at is operating every worse than before I called them. NEVER EVER use these guys. Find a better company!! They are living on a business model of over priced work and hoping they get some people to agree to their high prices since they have a captive audience.

It's not our job to let you know we're here. That's what I was told by the guys who dumped dirty water all over my patio from the apartment above as they replaced the water heater. I had to shampoo my carpet after running in and out of the door with all the things that were soaked on my patio. Taking 60 extra seconds to let someone know that there may be dirty water coming down on them is absolutely your job.

Came within their scheduled window and got right to work. Was done in about 30 minutes and left the area clean. Even offered to answer any questions I had about my unit since I just moved in.

Very attentive to detail making sure all issues are addressed and upon consent clearly explains all aspects of the problem needing to be addressed and resolve issues effectively in adequate time.

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. He installed a gas line for our gas stove. It was done in a timely and professional manner that i truly appreciate. Look forward to future business with Steven and Spring Valley!

Thank you, Bell! - Keith- I have to drop my rating because Bell continues to fail at fixing a humidifier that i paid 4k to install 6 months ago (multiple issues with it and now they don't return calls... still not in operation... they are blaming manufacture but I bought that unit from Bell).-Bell responded and fixed the problem while upgrading my system.-hire them again for recent electrical work, job well done!-2/4/2022 - Aaron did a good job

Our kitchen sinks backed up on Friday and when I ran the disposal, water came shooting out in the cabinet underneath. It was a total mess and we couldn't use the sink all weekend. Monday morning I ran the dishwasher. When Devon got here, nothing was wrong. lol He offered an $80 charge for just a service visit or $170 to snake it anyway. I said go for it and I'm so glad I did! Apparently all the business under there was clogged with grease. We always use a grease can but Devon informed us that all food breaks down and eventually turns into grease and we have lived here for 16 years. I would totally use this company again. The only thing I would suggest is that when they bring the compressor in, they put something under it so they don't scratch one of a kind wood floors. I'm a bit perturbed about that.

They canceled our initial apt for a furnace tune up. We rescheduled. Then they canceled our follow up apt and referred us to someone else. They never said why they wouldn’t come out to our house. I wouldn’t use them. Absolutely ridiculous and awful customer service.

Called Flow-Rite at 8am for a plumbing repair and the technician was at my house by 11am. He finished the job within an hour and it looks great. I will use Flow-Rite again.

Jesus did an amazing job!! Very professional, was done in a timely manner, no hidden fees!!! He was on time and also answered all of our questions. As first time home owners we had no clue what any of this was and Jesus made sure to explain in detail. We got other quotes from others that weren’t happy to answer questions and their prices were overwhelming!! Definitely recommend this company!!
