Technician was very nice, we have been using Brothers for quite some time. I was notified during an inspection that my furnace had a crack in a coil and had to be condemned and must be replaced immediately. I was forced to give a deposit that was stated as non-refundable while I got a second opinion. I got a second opinion and that quote came in more than $4000 less than the Brothers quote for comparable equipment with a better warranty. Obviously, I went with the less expensive option since it was the exact same thing. Unfortunately, now I can't get my deposit back which I feel is bad business.

Came to install a malfunctioning hot water tank. Val, the technician, found that nothing was wrong with the tank but with the amount of pressure in the tank. The repair was efficient and must less than the replacement of the hot water tank. Thanks Val!!!!!!

He is very professional, punctual, and has super fair prices. I ended up calling Jason after I received a huge quote from a big name company in Denver that just seemed exorbitant. Jason thought so too and did the work needed for a price that just made sense - and did the work RIGHT. He isn't out to nickel-and-dime you, only to do the work needed properly. He is our go-to guy for the house now. I highly recommend him :)

I have used this company alot, both years ago and more recently. As a general rule we get good solid service of snaking out sewer lines at a reasonable price. Most recently we had technician George who did a great job and has been doing it for years. It's not rocket science. If you get a less experienced technician, he may not be as familiar with the subject of sewers, but he can still manage to get the job done and get the blockage cleared.

Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. Had a burst copper pipe below my vacuum breaker when trying to turn on sprinklers for the season. They were able to schedule me the next day and get it fixed within an hour and a half of arriving.
