I highly recommend King Rooter & Plumbing. Derrick, Tony and Robert were professional, punctual, communicated appropriately, and were respectful of my home. I was grateful they were able to help and they did a great job, will definitely use them again!

Hired them to install a transformer for a ring doorbell. Guy came without the proper equipment, so he had to come back the following day. After he installed, the doorbell lost power after an hour of him leaving. I asked for him to come back, but I had to wait a week to fit into the schedule. The manager came and noticed something wasn't installed when it was supposed to and needed to reschedule for another time. Never got the call back. Finally scheduled something for today and they cancelled. This whole process has taken almost a month and I'm still left with literal wires exposed outside my door.I was recommended to use from another electrician. They don't seem to really care for smaller jobs and completing within a timely fashion. Super disappointed and don't recommend.

Chris was extremely informative and transparent about the issue with my evaporative cooler that has to be handled. He was also very efficient in repairing the appliance. My experience was smooth, helpful, and friendly. He also didn’t mind my dog being extra excited to see him, which was a nice plus! Would highly recommend High 5’s services.

The plumber that came out was awesome! However we definitely were overcharged. We bought our own garbage disposal and we asked for someone to flush the water heater and inspect and that costs over 1000 dollars… not including the cost we paid separately for the garbage disposal. I will not be using this company again and their prices are outrageous.

He gave us a very reasonable bid. He did a great job, on time and I will definitely be calling him again whenever I need any plumbing work!
