Ricky from Tipping Hat came out today to help us figure out where a leak was coming from and fix a broken pipe. He was on time, professional, kept me up to date on the whole process and didn't mind my kids and dog being in his business the whole time. He was wonderful and so great to work with I am so thankful for his help and couldn't recommend them more!

Philip at Liquid Innovations is the best! I bought a new place and have had several plumbing issues while renovating. Philip is always quick with a response and will make time to help me out. He has fair prices, is very professional and friendly and I highly recommend him!

Warranty company assigned this service provider to fix my toilet. Justin, the manager or supervisor, said he arrived at my home and knocked and rang the doorbell. I did not hear them. Did he attempt to call me to see if I was home? No. When I called him 20 minutes later he was very rude, unprofessional, and said he would not come back that day. When I attempted to call the office they said he is the supervisor and that I was basically out of luck. Unacceptable, and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.
