I've had so many problems with this company stay far away and read my other reviews under my name. Three years ago theyinstalled a new hvac system and took off our old swap cooler. During this three day nonstop rain in Denver (5/10-5/12) I wake up to a puddle in the bathroom and a caving in ceiling right below the old swamp cooler system. I get on the roof and sure enough, they didn't bother sealing around the cap as the old crack sealant is there from decades ago not even redone. Crack/gaps in the aluminum cap they didn't seal up properly. I got in the attic and sure enough, it's been leaking for the past few years little by little. Dry rot in the ply wood roofing, mold and streaking right down past the cap into our attic.I called and whomever I spoke to said that this wasn't their issue and to call a roofing company. They can't even come patch it up correctly. If you want anything done correctly, don't call these people. Call Applewood, please.

Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!

No cold water in the shower so I requested service through the warranty company. These guys picked up the job. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the appointment, and when the plumber arrived he spent a few minutes looking at it then said he could not get the handle off.

I went to go get a drill and a reverse bit to try and help him out, and as I started working on the handle he said he was going to leave and to call him when I got the handle off.

Soon after, the handle was removed, I called him in 30 minute intervals for the next couple hours, no answer or return call. I contacted my warranty company, they said that they would reach out to Service Network and tell them to get someone back out to do the work. 2 more hours have passed, no word from them. I called the warranty company again and they said they did hear back from Service Network and they were supposed to have reached out to schedule another appointment. Still no news.

Not sure what I'm paying either of them for at this point. Waste of an entire day.

Ryan did a wonderful job installing a hardwired ring doorbell and new smoke/CO2 detectors. He had to get up in the hot attic to put in a new junction box so there would be power to the upstairs smoke detectors. He was on time, professional and friendly. I appreciate him troubleshooting why the previous smoke detectors were not working correctly and fixing the problem. Thanks again!

I wasn't really sure what to expect, having picked Green Plumbing by Yelping for plumbers in the Highlands Ranch area. Called to make an appointment, spoke to James, and very quickly had a date scheduled.

Ryan showed up as scheduled, went over the work I'd wanted done, looked into it, came up with an estimate and explained what he observed, what he recommended, and the estimated cost. These were all very reasonable, so I gave the go ahead - had a balky kitchen faucet and shut off valves and a house shutoff valve replaced. Ryan then proceeded to do the work and finished much faster than he thought he would ---- and then dropped the cost of repairs to reflect the fact that he needed less time than thought!

Everything about the entire process - from making the appointment, getting the work done, and the actual end results (over a week later) - was about as excellent as one could have hoped for.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! We had oracle come out and replace, and upgrade our hot water heater after our old one started to leak everywhere. I called Oracle plumbing and they were able to get out the very next day and get this mess all fixed up! They removed our incredibly old water heater, installed a new one, and added the new safety stuff like the expansion tank. And the best part, I didn't get raked over the coals on cost! Simple, quick and easy! Kaleb and Devante came out and knocked this project out very quickly. They were incredibly professional. I cannot recommend Oracle Plumbing enough.
