Contacted Jeff Lane, owner, and explained a situation I was having with my 28 year old hot water heater that had been leaking. I had considered using Home Depot, but after speaking to Jeff, I realized my best option was using his services. He had his tech, Don, out to my house the next day. Don ran into a few snags due to how the original water heater had been installed by the builder. Jeff called to explain what Don had run into and got my approval to proceed with the work as well as on the revised quote to insure everything was addressed. A few of the issues Don ran into were that the gas line shut off valve was not easily accessible and the humidifier and ice maker in the kitchen had been tied into the water line attached to the water heater. Don repositioned the gas shut off valve, replaced the shut off valves for each water line and tapped into the sump pump in case of any future leaks. He made everything easily accessible. Everything was brought up to code and a thorough job was done. Don cleaned up after the work and now we have a new water heater. Thanks for your attention to detail and remaining in contact with me until the job was completed.

I had an outstanding experience with Euro Plumbing on the installation of a water heater, moving the main water control into the house from the crawl space and trouble shooting other plumbing issues. Their price, customer service, professionalism and quickness in addressing the plumbing needs were excellent. I most highly recommend Euro Plumbing.

So they were great in terms of going out to look at the problem. Very responsive and minimal trip charge (49$) all seemed good. Then they were going to charge 550$ to replace the internals of the toilet. WAAAY expensive.Response to the owner: This was the cheapest option I was given... The other options? Replace the entire toilet for 1200+ or sign up for the New High 5 Club Membership 1-year membership (non-refundable) *AND* a major toilet rebuild for 670$I went out and bought a 30$ kit that should fix the problem. I'll update and apologize if that kit isn't sufficient to address the problem.Watch out for these folks they'll try to sell you *way* more service than you need.

I've used Bell several times, and have always had a good experience. I've recently replaced a furnace and A/C unit using Bell. They were the first to respond and setup an onsite visit. Brian, Master Plumber, was a delight to work with. His assessment of our guest bathtub plumbing issue was succinct in the work needed and a reasonable quote. No up-selling and no guess work on what the issue might be. When he did the work, he was on-time, professional, performed the work in the time-frame quoted, and cleaned-up. He was conscientious in doing the work without busting tile, which is what we were prepared to have done. The peace of mind we have with the work done, has us speechless. I called Jason after I had a few other plumbers out. He was honest prompt and he didn’t try and sell me on any bs. The two other plumbers I called before him tried to scare me in to a much larger project then I was ready for. I will always recommend this company.

We used them for years. Unfortunately they no longer offer 24/7 service. Not only do they not offer 24/7 service, they refused to even schedule an appointment for the next day. The quality was always mediocre but the 24/7 service make it worth it. We will be taking out business elsewhere.

Manny was unbelievably knowledgeable and answered my many technical questions. He was very reasonable regarding my bid, which was in a signed contract not just a verbal guess, Very professional work and to code. Very far above the other plumbers I have had over my lifetime.
