Tomas was very professional, on time, and explained everything he was looking at and going to do. I feel he was very thorough. We really didn't have time to shop around, so I can't speak to the value in pricing, but the costs were in the ballpark of what we expected.

We had a great experience with the Tipping Hat team. They replaced our 28 year old air conditioner and did a fantastic job. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use them going forward.
