Best Pipe Leak Repairs in Aurora CO
During a recent cold snap, our main kitchen drain backed up. We called another local plumbing company who came by and spent 15 minutes and told us we needed to replace our drain system for $1800.
I decided to get a second opinion and contacted King Rooter and Plumbing. They sent Jonathan the next morning to assess the issue. Jonathan attempted to unclog the drain using a traditional snake and had issues due to the bends in the drain pipes.
After spending several hours trying to clear the drain Jonathan also indicated there may be a need to replace the copper pipe but wanted to try cleaning with a water jet. He didn't have it on his truck but said he would return the next morning. Jonathan showed up and worked for almost 2 hours cleaning the drain. He successfully cleared our drain without needing to replace anything.
Jonathan went above and beyond and exemplifies superior customer service. We will be asking for Jonathan for any future plumbing work we need.
If you need a great, reliable, dependable, honest and fair plumbing company, give King Rooter a call and ask for Jonathan.

I do not recommend working with Brothers. I contacted them to get an air conditioning unit installed in my home. During the process it was found that we would need to replace our electrical box because it was extremely outdated and not up to code. We were told it was hazardous and that it needed to be taken care of ASAP. Believing that we would be able to get the box replaced and then an AC unit installed quickly we sat through the process of taking out a loan for the work. We were then told that we would be hearing from an electrician that week.We did not hear from an electrician that week. We did not hear from an electrician for an entire month. It was only after several calls to speak with the manager of the team that I was able to get an update on our project. I was told that they were working with the electrical company to get permission to replace and move everything and that the manager, Byron, would be in touch. He was not. For months I called to get updates and was told we were waiting on Xcel Energy. At one point a rep from Xcel showed up to my home unannounced waiting to meet with Byron who never showed. It has been 7 months since this process started. I have not heard from Brothers in at least 2 maybe 3 months and no work has been done on my home.UPDATE: Brothers has said they will be in touch with me to discuss this matter but left me one voicemail and then called me again at 7am the next day which was understandably not a convenient time to talk.

We have used this company a few times - twice for sewer drain cleaning. There are two reasons that I am compelled to leave a review - 1) prices have increased and 2) the customer service experience was a little strange and uncomfortable. It’s a bit soon to say but the quality of work seems fine and the tech was pleasant and professional.Around cost -The first time, the price was around $350 for the scope, snake, and toilet removal and reinstallation in January of 2019. We did purchase their membership at that time which includes a 10% discount. The second time was today - the price was around $350 for the snake alone, with an additional charge of about $179 for the scope and $240 approximately for the toilet removal and reinstallation. We opted for only the snake this time (and of course, to do that, the toilet had to be moved). We no longer have a membership, but if we had, my math found that with a 10% discount these services would have ended up just shy of $700, so about double the price as in 2019.Around customer service -My partner called to question the price, and relayed back to me that the price increased because of inflation, costs for PPE, and because we did not have a membership anymore. I took a look at the receipts and thought I should give them a call - the coupon we used had been under applied, and the explanation related to the membership and inflation didn’t explain such a large price increase. It seemed possible that a mistake had been made. I called the company and asked to speak to the same person that my partner spoke with since he would be familiar with our account - and this is where things got weird. I think their office thought I was on hold - but I could hear three people talking about us and how ‘upset’ we were about the price.I did connect with the person who helped my partner - and we did the math together. He refused to say that prices have doubled but could understand how I ‘felt,’ after we did the math together. He indicated that the invoice is correct; there is no mistake, and also that the reason for the price increase is because the company has grown. Then, he insisted that he ‘went above and beyond’ to help us by offering us a $50 credit toward a future service, and talked over me about how all of the things that this company does costs money and that’s why the prices have increased. Unfortunately, he seemed quite upset at the end of the call. I tried to smooth things over prior to hanging up by apologizing for upsetting him but that seemed to agitate him more.We aren’t .. mean. We didn’t yell at these people; we didn’t cry; we didn’t call anyone names. We asked questions about the pricing, as I think any customer would if the sticker price is double what it was in a relatively recent past experience. It’s 2020. So maybe he’s just having a bad day - hopefully it gets better. What I know is, next time we need a plumber, there’s a good chance that we will be calling someone else.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. He installed a gas line for our gas stove. It was done in a timely and professional manner that i truly appreciate. Look forward to future business with Steven and Spring Valley!
Thanks Again!

Our family moved to the state of Colorado only to end up with wet carpet in our basement. Bell Plumbing was relatively prompt to send a serviceman out during our emergency whom quickly discovered (10 minutes) our sewer line had backed up. No other assistance could be provided until the next day because the proper equipment to snake our sewer line wasn't available. This was not a viable option for my family as we need the issue identified AND rectified immediately. We called a mainstream company who promptly arrived and cleared the sewer line. Bell Plumbing cost us $165 for a total of 30 minutes at our residence (which included 20 minutes of paperwork) and no action to fix the problem during normal business hours-despite being told $165 was the after hours rate. I'm very disappointed with a local business not having more understanding of an awful situation and not having the avaiable resources to fix the problem. I will NOT use this business again.

Tipping Hat was able to schedule an appointment for the day after I called, and later the office called and asked if I would like to have someone come out even earlier. This company seems to value their employees and the resulting customer service is amazing.Brandon came to check my hot water heater because it would not stay lit. He was very thorough and explained what the problem was and he quickly ordered the part.As Brandon left my house to get the part, he noticed that a vent cap was missing from my roof, and he came back to tell me what he noticed and why he thought the missing cap was likely the underlying reason my water heater would not stay lit.Brandon then suggested that I go with the least expensive repair and I believe this speaks volumes about how Tipping Hat does business, as well as the excellent customer service Brandon provided.I can say without any reservation that Tipping Hat has professional employees and their customer service is second to none.

They did not leave anything behind, but a perfect job and very happy client.
Also, their pricing was so reasonable!
In the future, I will use only them!

My sister contacted Quality First Service Group to repair a plumbing leak in our basement sink. Brad was our Service Technician, he was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure that we understood the problem with the sink, what needed to be done to fix it and what the cost would be prior to the job. He answered all of our questions and also explained the plan options. This is the second time that we have contacted this company and had a positive experience.

Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!
