Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

I use Bell Home Solutions because they are a reliable company. This is the first time where I had to contact the manufacturer to verify if a part or parts needed would be covered under warranty. The technician quoted the cost for replacement. While waiting for the parts to arrive, I contacted the manufacturer who said not only would they cover the parts but would also cover the cost to overnight the needed part. This was also confirmed by Bell. The technician however started to argue with me when I asked for a breakdown for the costs he quoted; i.e. cost for parts, cost for labor. The technician started to charge me for the overnight shipping; I stated that the cost would be covered by the manufacturer. I feel that had I not contacted the manufacturer I would have paid for parts and shipping that were covered by the manufacturer under my warranty. Waiting for the parts to be shipped was what saved me for what would have been a very costly repair. Bell Home Solutions refunded the charge for the diagnostic, which I truly appreciate. I would like to believe that Bell Home Solutions will verify parts are covered prior to quoting replacement costs. It would also be helpful if I as a customer can have a breakdown of what I'm paying for before the work, not after.I still have confidence in Bell Home Solutions and plan to continue using them in the future.

Tipping Hat performed a two-year no breakdown furnace rejuvenation in 2019. They did a very thorough job, but the furnace was manufactured in 1998 and just about two years later the blower motor and capacitor went out. Tipping Hat was able to come out the same day, order replacements, and came for an install a couple days later. After the parts were replaced the circuit board was found to have issues. At this point we decided to replace the whole unit. Tipping Hat worked with us to refund the monies for the repair and still honored the two-year no breakdown rejuvenation discount towards the new furnace. Very much appreciated! And they were able to perform the removal/installation the very next day! All the employees/staff we interacted with were very courteous, professional, and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone with furnace issues.

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.

My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.

When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.

Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?

Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

Leon with Royalty Plumbing was very responsive, professional, and found our leak fast! He did a great job fixing it, was a pleasure to work with, and I would DEFINITELY call him for all future plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with these guys. I called them out to look at my backflow preventer on my sprinkler system after receiving a high quote from another plumber. They showed up for a next day appointment and showed me that the other estimate was more work than was necessary. They completed the job for half the price.

As General Contractors we have referred Pro Innovation Plumbing numerous times and have NEVER has any complaints. Instead we have always received compliments on their work and continue to refer them for all of our Commercial and Residential customers!

I have hired Will multiple times for various plumbing issues at my house. Will is always responsive, on time, professional and never leaves a job unfinished.

T plumbing and Heating showed up for an inspection on time and were courteous. I had an issue with air not pushing through the vents soon after and they made a point to drop back by and check it out. It turned out to be an easy fix of a blown fuse. They didn't even charge me and now its all working well. I would 100% use them again.

7/10/20 Update - Since writing my initial review (roughly 8 months ago), Tony has come back out three times to provide additional plumbing services (it's an old house). Each time, Tony has been highly professional and provided excellent service. Tony is our plumber of choice!

Tony was professional, prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. He took care of our old house's leaky faucet efficiently and for a reasonable price. We will definitely be calling him again.

Devon did an amazing job! He was very professional and kind. I will definitely use ARS again.

Mikhail was great, I needed my water lines moved from the floor of my sink base cabinet in the kitchen to the wall. On time, affordable compared to all the other bids I received. He worked with me on the placement of the water lines since there were other issues with the location of pipes, etc. He also swept up the area where he worked when finished. Highly recommend using him. Thank you!

We use Oracle Plumbing regularly for plumbing and HVAC issues. Eric and his team are so knowledgeable and keep a professional appearance. So often they are able to fix things after others couldn't so we only use them even if we have to wait. Highly recommend giving them a call.
