Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

I called for service for my AC unit and the tech came out. His ladder was not long enough. He told me that he would have to come back with a longer ladder. And dispatch would contact me. He did say there was a chance they might not be able to do it.No call from dispatch, I call back and I'm not on the schedule. I tell them what the tech said and what was needed so they re-schedule me for a weekday. I take a day off work and receive a call that my roof is too high and they can't do it.Terrible communication. Why re-schedule me knowing how high my unit is and then tell me after I've taken a day off work?Communicate with your customers.

Andrei and Brandon were awesome! They came out super quickly and fixed my broken furnace in under 30 minutes. I’m super impressed by their skill and professionalism.

My warranty company sent this plumbing company to my house when I believed my water heater had a leak. After Igor,the plumber, arrived he figured out that my water heater was fine and that my humidifier on the furnace was leaking. Instead of letting my know that this wasn’t covered by my warranty company, he fixed it and then charged me a ridiculous amount. When I expressed my frustration at the now large bill he told me he didn’t know it wasn’t going to be covered until after he fixed it. A true lie if I’ve ever heard one. The worst part is that he charged me an outrageous amount to reattach a hose to the humidifier drain (something I could have easily done). Never use this company. These are the typical service men that like to rake people over the coals.

Leon helped us out with some plumbing upgrades and fixes, and he was great!! professional, informative and a pleasure to work with. We've hired him for projects big and small, and highly recommend him!

Robert showed up right on time and helped me do a thorough inspection of the problem. I thought my water pressure was too high but he assured me it was just normal and did not charge me anything at all. These days people charge you a bunch for just coming to your house and look at things while Robert did not do that. Excellent customer service and very friendly to talk to. I just found my new go-to plumber in Parker. Thank you Robert!

After having a bad experience with our old Plumbing vendor I called Denver Plumbing Heating & Air. Tony came to our office shortly after I called him. He does good work, is reliable, honest and has great customer service skills. He really went above and beyond to help us. Needless to say he has officially been put on our vendor list. Would recommend him to anyone.

Did furnace inspection. Came at expected time. Didn’t tell me exactly what he did, but said furnace needs replacing due to struggling motor. Gave me an Estimate for a new motor, as well as a new house humidifier. Arranged for another visit to Provide a free estimate for replacement. Was polite and courteous.

Called on a Sunday evening and left a message that I had a leaking pipe at my sprinkler back flow preventer. Mikhail called first thing Monday morning, came out rapidly and fixed the active leak. The price was reasonable and he was very professional. I've had so many issues getting various businesses to just show up, so I very much appreciate when one does what they say they will. I definitely recommend them and will call on them if I ever need plumbing service again!
