These guys were awesome, they came in less then 90 minutes after I called, they showed up very friendly and willing to do whatever needed to be done to fix the problem. Once the figured it out we went over pricing and they had the tools to fix the problem, they even cleaned up the water for and put everything back in the crawl space. We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. We had our sewer pipe replaced by Muris from the kitchen drain through our basement floor and to the edge of our house. We are extremely happy with our service. Muris was beyond helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning. He was able to diagnose the issue that multiple other plumbers could not identify. After finding our issue he walked us through the whole process to fix it and a nice payment plan so that it wasn’t a big financial hit to us. The work Muris did was excellent and done with a great amount of care and cleanliness to our house. Every step of the way he clearly communicated and showed us what the old pipe looked like and all steps of digging it out to finally cementing it all back in. He would not go into the next step until we saw how it looked before moving on to the next step. It is hard to tell they were even here with how well they did and the cleanup they did. Muris was very professional and definitely deserves the title Service Pro because every thing he did for us was pro! He was always first on the site and last to leave. Even showed up early before our scheduled time. Would recommend Muris to anybody that has plumbing issues for fast and professional help. Super amazing experience with Pedro. My family had a pipe burst in our crawlspace. Pedro went above and beyond. Not only did he repair the pipe, he diagnosed the underlying issues that were causing the pipes to freeze. He also installed shut off valves to my two outside faucets so we can cut off the water flow and depressurize the system in the winter. It feels good to have a plumber that will prevent future problems not just fix the current issue. You can tell these guys actually put pride into their work. Michael and his team were very professional. He was honest with us in what he recommended, and didn’t try to oversell us. We required our old cast iron drains (under our basement floor) to be replaced. They took care of it quickly, and tried to let me know when they found something different than what they were expecting. Will definitely use them again (but hopefully I won’t have to soon lol).

Our experience with Ross today was nothing but FIRST RATE! He was VERY personable, knowledgable, and able to fix our kitchen faucet sprayer quickly. We have used First Quality Plumbing for a number of years & will definitely continue to call them when plumbing problems arise.

I was able to use their Services 2 times in one month.

First, I had a drip leak from our Pressure Regulating Valve attached to our main water line in our basement. Luther was able to come out and fix this within an hour once he had the right parts. Since then that issue has been resolved and the water pressure in the home remained at an ideal level.

Second, the drainage PVC from our 2nd floor bathroom sink began having a drip leak, enough to have a small area of the drywall and pain bubble. Luther was able to come in within 24 hours of contacting him and fixing this issue with 2 hours.

I would recommend his services to anyone. Thus far he is 2 for 2 in leaks in my home.
