I needed several items of plumbing repair. Shut off valve (main), toilet rebuild and drain cleaning. Joe was great. He explained everything to me and gave me some tips on how to prevent clogging in the future. Very friendly and I felt very comfortable while he was here. I will not hesitate to use Brother's again. The only reason I did not comment on the value is that I did not shop around (i hate that!) so do not know for sure if it was the best value or not. I did research plumbers online and Brother's had very good reviews. I will not hesitate to use them again.

We had Euro Plumbing replace our gas water heater yesterday . Andon was here timely and did an excellent job installing the AOSmith water heater. They were also flexible in changing our scheduled time due to an unexpected snow storm. Once installed, Andon showed us how to control and operate the water heater. He was very professional and also took care to protect our floors. We asked him to also look at our water shutoff valves which he confirmed would be good to replace, and we will have them replace for us in the near future. We highly recommend Andon for your plumbing needs.

Wonderful experience with Jeff. He gave a very complete and thorough review of our water heater installation, and he was honest about the issues he noticed. I never felt like we were being overcharged or pressured into more costly repairs. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and the technician was right on time. We had our water heater replaced same day in just a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. Service has been great. Work crew was very polite and friendly. Bell did a fantastic job with the installation of the evaporative cooler. My only complaint was they’re a little pricey but I guess that’s what you pay for great work and great product warranties!

Landon was awesome and made the whole process of buying a furnace and AC so easy. He explained everything along the way and answered all the questions we had. Ben explained all the electrical work to us and did a wonderful job going the extra mile and really caring about doing a great job. Romeo made sure that we understood what was happening, left the place cleaner than he found it and even touched up paint to make sure we would be happy. Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

Just had to have hyperflow come out again sadly to fix a kitchen drain issue! Two years ago had them hydro jet the pipes (five stars back then too) and now had a less severe but a blockage none the less occurred. Jeremy P cabled the drain to fix the issue and then also scoped the drain (since we were due for a recurring proactive 2 year scoping anyway) to make sure the drain was cleared up! Very much appreciate their service and I would recommend them anytime.

Michael came out on extremely short notice to remove a new lake from our backyard. He was very responsive and professional from the beginning. By afternoon our backyard was dry(ish) and running water was restored to the house. He also provided some tips so I can hopefully tackle the job myself next time which was greatly appreciated. Would call again if in need of service.
