Very fast service and very reasonable on price. Adon was on time like he said he would and was very professional. I don't normally leave reviews, but I highly recommend this company and I will most definitely use them for any future services.

Gerardo was very professional, took time to answer my questions about heat pumps and treated me as a peer when it comes to understanding the systems in my home. Definitely recommend him and Top Shelf for HVAC!

Hector was fantastic to work with. He is honest, smart, knowledgeable and was able to work with my tight timeframe. His pricing is competitive and I certainly plan to use him again in the future.

Situation: One of our toilets in the basement was not draining. The sink and shower were draining okay but not perfect (truthfully we didn't test these too much - the toilet was plenty). We hypothesized that it might be an issue with our lift station, at which point we decided to call a pro.Our plumber was VERY prompt (even a bit early) and very kind. He took time to explain everything that he was doing, and answered our follow-up questions with patience and good information. I was a bit perturbed at the high price of the diagnostic fee. Conceptually, I understand why there is a diagnostic fee. Initially the plumber planned to open up the lift station. However after I signed and agreed to pay, the plumber did a very basic maneuver which fixed the issue. Still had to pay the fee, but it didn't seem like a $200+ job. Of course, a reasonable price for peace of mind. Water damage is no joke, especially when it's sewage.

I had a really great experience with this company! I texted Jeff, we had a quick phone call and he was over 20mins later. Super fast service. He replaced a faulty valve in no time flat and was very professional and courteous and answered all of my plumbing questions about different areas of the house. I recommend his services and will not hesitate to contact him again, should the need arise.

Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

Brandon was a breath of fresh air! We have done a lot of remodeling projects on every home we've owned and have not run into a tradesperson who worked as hard as Brandon to fix a problem. He was determined to help us and we will be life-long Bell customers for his effort! It is obvious that he takes great pride in his work and wants to make sure his customers are not disappointed. He was a delight to have in our home! Five star service in every respect!

I had a completely new HVAC system installed by the Tipping Hat team this week. Expensive, sensitive home uograde that we do not take lightly. This required some extensive planning and modifications to my existing infrastructure and home. The team starting with sales through plumbing, electrical, install and more were great overall. They showed care from the beginning regarding my concerns and wishes and were quick to modify things as I requested. They work long hours and deal with a huge flux in temps day to day. They could have cleaned up better in the end, but that is my only negative comment. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I recommend Tipping Hat to my neighbors and friends.Everyone involved in my project was great. (Landon S., John S., Romeo S., Detlef J., Chris J., Gabe L, Remington B., and Kyle T). This team put forth the effort to ensure that customers are satisfied.

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.
My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.
When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.
Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?
Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

This is a great company and they care about their customers. I had a problem with my furnace system on several different days. Spoke with Emily and Angela over the phone and the customer service was amazing and quick. Technicians were Brandon, Emilio and Sam. Brandon was great with communication and informed me when parts would be available and made sure I was kept in the loop the entire time. They did much more work than needed just to make sure my issues were handled and I really appreciated this. This will be my go to for all HVAC services. Thanks!

Horrible service. Unfortunately I had no choice as it was under a home warranty but if you do have a choice CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE! Sent an incompetent service man out to diagnose a problem. I knew more than he did about my equipment. They convinced the warranty people to replace my A/C unit (which didn't need replacing and I told the warranty Rep that) but they did it anyway. I have no paperwork on the replacement (new unit looks anything but new) and when I asked for paperwork and rebate paperwork for my electric provider I got no response. I have spoken with their office 4 times since and get blown off every time. Being told that the owner, Justin, has to get that paperwork to me. It's been 2 months and still no return call and no paperwork.
Please beware of these shysters. Don't believe these 5 star reviews. Wouldn't be surprised if their employees posted those. Impossible for this business to get anything above a one star rating.
Buyer beware!
