I am pleased with the work performed by High 5. They were prompt in providing a quote, and punctual in their arrival time. They took time to explain the work they were going to do, and were fine with letting me handle some of small items that they identified, but felt I could do because I wanted to save a little money. I appreciated their candidness, and I will be calling them if I every have a plumbing issue that I feel is beyond my ability.

We had a main line sewer backup that was cored and in need of jetting. This happened on a weekend, and Hyper Flow Service Company was able to send Jeremy out the same day when I called on Sunday. Jeremy jetted the line and got it unblocked. He also showed us the entire line on the camera once it was clear. He was very helpful and very quick and efficient!

We had a leak in the basement toilette and after other companies canceling their appointments to fix the problem, we found Quality First and we are glad we did! Eli has done a great job replacing the old toilette leaving no mess! We ended up replacing the toilette upstairs, too. We would definitely recommend Quality First to our friends and family.
