Perfect, professional, priced fairly. Awesome with customer service issues. Responded quickly and efficiently. Best ever. Current response to roof heater cords not working. He checked the control boxes (2) inside house and determined batteries not working. Replaced with our batteries and updated temperatures etc. Working - but NO HE DID NOT STOP THERE - got ladder and went up on roof - took pictures to show us - that the GIF boxes were no working and had to be replaced - as units just put in this year and under warranty - replaced both GIF boxes and used zip ties to hold to covers in place - as wind is so strong on roof - from wind opening again and allowing boxes to be damaged. NOW THAT IS ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE - but that is what each and EVERY TECHNICIAN for Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Electric have done here at the Condron Home. We are so blessed to have such a company and employees (in the office and in the field) that really care about the safety of this elderly couple. Thank you so much for being there for us. Our mid-rise building had a hot water mystery. Half of the building has been without hot water for 3 weeks. Finally Quality First came in, and got to finding it. They replaced shower cartridges in many units with single handles, then they diagnosed other units which had not been checked, or refused to be. Today, Brian - the Master Plumber - and Jacob found that a unit had installed a new shower and capped it off without doing the fixtures causing the hot water to jet back through the supply lines and cross with cold. Boom, they identified that was the culprit, fixed it immediately, and the building has hot water again. They are our vendor of choice now. Cannot say enough kind words about Brian, he was an absolutely joy to work with. Everyone was respectful of wearing masks, and respectful of the inconvenience that residents felt. Professional, friendly, and damn good at what they do. Give them your business.

We used him when he used to be down in Farmington n.m literally the guy knows what he is doing you can ask anyone that lives in Farmington n.m that is in the plumbing buissness and they will tell you he is absolutely the most knowledgeable guy in town knowing he's now in Aurora I will never use another plumber you will get what you pay for with plumbing and he's best price and quality of work

I called to get my furnace checked out before the cold weather hits. Lamar came out and tested everything, cleaned up the flame sensor, and checked the filter to make sure everything is in good working order. Arrived on time and did what was promised.

I recommend Jim Needham 100% over any plumbing company out there. Isaiah was super informative, attentive and honest giving me options of how to solve the problem with my water tank.He explained me how things worked and what he had to do. He wasn’t rushing out of the door and I am so happy with the customer service that I won’t use anybody else. I had another plumber come to my house earlier that was pushing me to buy a tankless water heater than I didn’t even needed. Not only that he wanted to charge me $300 to diagnose the issue when they said was 0 charge fee to come out. I have dealt with few plumbing companies that is always creating issues that don’t exist or misleading you to make money.I am very satisfied with my service today and i want to make sure to give Jim Needham credit for their service. I let them scope our line after their clean out didn't work. They offered to scope the line for free as a courtesy. After spending a lot of time at our house, they said our mainline was broken (in addition to several other issues) and it would be almost $7k to fix (their special price just for us). They would also be destroying our patio, sprinklers etc without repairing. We had a long talk with the sales rep who went on at length about his ethics and honesty. We called a 3rd party scoping company to review the video and they found no breaks at all, they said the wrong camera size was used and the quality of the video was poor so we wouldn't know what we were looking at. They said to never let a plumber scope the line. I think they were just trying to make a sale after spending so long trying to clean the line out. Pretty disappointing.

ARS installed a new furnace and AC in our home. I do not recommend ARS, I’ve also spoken to Elva who I did not have a pleasant interaction with. Save yourself a hassle and go with someone else.

Denver Plumbing Consultants are great guys. Have used them twice now. They were fair when the issue was diagnosed very quickly they did not charge the whole hour fee. They fixed my boiler valve quickly a few days later for a reasonable fee.
