Michael who is the owner is a very nice guy. He answered our call this morning and was at our house and had our problem fixed by the afternoon. Almost all the other places were 3 days to a week out. Reasonable up front pricing is a big deal for me. No tricky price changing or anything like that. He fixed our hot and cold water pipes coming into the kitchen sink. The lines and handles and everything he did is a big upgrade to the cheap stuff the home builders used. He did a great job, cleaned up everything after he was done and wore the shoes covers even when walking around our home which I liked a lot. I will recommend him to my family and friends. The crew that came to our house from the Lakewood office was polite, informative, well-prepared, and knowledgeable. They came quickly too!

Saw lots of good reviews and the fact that he was based less than a mile from me.. Called at 10am on a Tuesday, described a basic sink issue needing repair. Said he could come by that day. I waited til 5pm and after no contact and him not showing up I and called asking if he was still planning to come. He told me he'd just spoken with me on the phone and had rescheduled, which was not the case. Must have had customers mixed up. A simple enough mistake, nothing worth being upset over. So in an effort to be accommodating, I said rescheduling was fine in any case. He offered a 3-5pm time slot the next day, I said that was great. The entire day went by and I called again at 530 to see if he was still coming. He assured me that he was, but in fact never showed up or contacted me to say he was lost or ran out of time, or anything.

Seems like he decided the small repair I needed wasn't worth his time, but couldn't be bothered to tell me he didn't want the work. Its his choice, that's fine. Just wish he would have been up front about it instead of wasting my time for two days.

I was referred to this company from my home warranty company. I spoke with an older lady on the phone, she was super rude and they didn’t want to give me taken care of for four weeks. She then said she could do it within two weeks. I made the appointment and cancel it a day later because she was so rude. Do NOT work with them!!!
