King Rooter and Plumbing has always taken GREAT care of us. They are fast and responsive and never take advantage of their customers. The prices are fair and the service and workmanship is amazing.

We had signed up for the furnace maintenance plan with excel, and when it stopped working, we called them and they didn’t even show that we were signed up. This is despite our having been paying a monthly fee and us showing as signed up on the billing portal. So we called brothers, and they had a technician out to service the furnace the same day. They had installed the furnace for the previous owner and extended the warranty to us, so all fees were waived. We signed up to have them come check our other appliances as well. The service was fantastic and quick. Can’t say enough about these guys.

Our water heater went out in the morning and we had a new one installed by the time we ate dinner. Andon was courteous, professional and made extra effort to ensure removal of the old water heater didn’t make a mess in our home. Will definitely call them again if we have any plumbing issues!

Go elsewhere. Did work that we didn't authorize, asked for clarification, without explanation, immediately threatened with a property lien. Waiting on invoice so I can pay him and he can stop sending angry emails. I hope he stops sending them once he's paid at least. Plumbing was good though. So there's that.

Millennial arrived after my first bid from a competitor came in. They were honest and saved me 2300 dollars for the same job!!! Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I was on a deadline and called service Made Easy. Kris came out installed the backflow for our building and got it certified all in the same day. Quality work. A little expensive. Cheaper than what I was quoted by other plumbers. Overall good work!
