I'll be the first to admit that i have a slight phobia of all things plumbing. So, when we had a simple fix for our new home we opted to call king rooter and plumbing. Cliff was prompt, curteous, and very informative. He had the issue resolved in under an hour. We will be using this service in the future!

Don’t even consider using Brothers for your service needs. I called them for two different items. One was a broken exterior hose bib. They came out and charged me $67 for a trip free to tell me they were going to charge $650+ to replace it. To put that in perspective that’s a $50 part and $600 in labor for a job that’s 1-1.5 hrs of work. Their business model appears to be to have technicians drive around the city and give ridiculous quotes, and only do work for suckers who are willing to pay the overprice fees. My second thing I called them on was an AC maintenance. I have two units, they looked at the first and said I need to fully replace it ($20k quote) and then they didn’t even do the routine maintenance on the other unit. Again charged a $97 for a trip fee and didn’t even do the work I requested. To make matters worse the AC unit they did look at is operating every worse than before I called them. NEVER EVER use these guys. Find a better company!! They are living on a business model of over priced work and hoping they get some people to agree to their high prices since they have a captive audience.

Euro Plumbing did a great job replacing our water heater and they were polite and professional throughout the visit. Furthermore, they arranged for the city inspector to inspect the water heater install for code, which passed inspection without issue. I would hire them again.

Top Shelf did a great job. I have had the system for over a week and it runs beautifully. They did an excellent job installing and cleaning up. They also taught me how to use it after working so hard all day. I am very happy with the work and the product. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an a/c, heater, and/or hot water heater.

Edit/update: 2/20/21 woke up to power out on my heater (had it in the rest of the house, no fuses broken, reset thermostat) and called Top Shelf, they came out in this -2 weather and diagnoses and fixed the problem super quick. So grateful!

This company came highly recommended and said they could have someone out the same day which was impressive, 30 minutes later they cancelled on me due to an emergency call. Okay no problem I get it, but then this morning they called and once again needed to reschedule. In my experience this usually ends up being how the job will go with delays etc, to reschedule twice in less than a 24 hour timeframe isn’t professional.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. He installed a gas line for our gas stove. It was done in a timely and professional manner that i truly appreciate. Look forward to future business with Steven and Spring Valley!

Muris and Zach did a fantastic job fixing our home plumbing. They worked hard, knew what they were doing, and went above and beyond by talking with us and cleaning up in a way I was not expecting. Definitely recommend.

During a remodel in 2020-21, Flowrite did the plumbing work for my project per my contractor. During my first night in my home June 2021, my shower backed up, and the toilet overflowed. After calling my contractor he contacted Flowrite. They refused to accept responsibility and come to my home, to try to fix the problem. My contractor had to contact a couple other companies to put a camera down the drain to find the obstruction. A piece of PVC pipe was retrieved. It had been left in the drain when everything was closed up. The plumber with the camera charged my project/contractor $750. Flowrite again refused to pay for this, even though it was their mess-up leaving a piece of pipe in my drain, for my contractor to pay this bill. I would never hire them for any plumbing needs.

Igor was fantastic! He had my sewer backup fixed in under an hour. He did a thorough job of clearing tree roots and other potential problems. Igor came highly recommended after a friend watched a plumber first hand deceive, over charge, and be outwardly disrespectful to me. It was a great relief to get a plumber here that was helpful, kind and affordable!

I don't understand the negative reviews and overlooked those because they seemed like home warranty issues, which has nothing to do with Igor. I am glad I did!

Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

Finally! - I have found a *great* plumbing business. They are knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced and dependable. Both times I used them I was very pleased with the work (and they are friendly, too!). I highly recommend.

Glad we found Phillip. He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. We appreciated that he didn’t try to up sell us on anything. We will call him anytime we have plumbing needs.
