We had a fantastic experience with King Rooter and Plumbing, specifically Don! We had had 2 other plumbers come out and try to fix our tub that was leaking into our kitchen ceiling. Each time they said it was fixed, but the issue would continue. We finally called King Rooter and Plumbing and ended up working with Don. He was extremely knowledgeable and actually fixed the issue. His work was high quality and he is one of the most professional, kind, and friendliest people I have worked with. He explained everything and made sure we were comfortable with pricing, the fix, and everything else. He also gave us a great recommendation for a restoration company to fix our damaged ceiling. We will definitely only be working with him from now on!

Great service. We had issues with out water heater on a Saturday morning. Called Euro Plumbing mid-morning. We had had a new unit installed at a reasonable price by Saturday evening. Highly recommend Euro Plumbing for any water heater issues.

We had great luck with Top Shelf. They were quick to respond to our initial request, easy to schedule a free estimate with, and ultimately did a really nice job on installing wiring and a hanging light where previously there was none. The experience wasn't cheap, but the quality was great, and they were able to suggest an alternative method that other electricians hadn't suggested that helped us save some bucks.

Hector answered an ad my husband and I placed for plumbing work. He was very polite, and came to the house to give us a free estimate. We chose to hire him amid quite a few other plumbers who gave us estimates, because I felt we could trust him and that he was being honest.
Hector did extensive work cutting portions of our cement foundation out, in order to put in new plumbing for two new bathrooms. (One on the main level, and one downstairs.) He also did the plumbing to create a laundry room on the main level instead of the basement where it had been. We love it!
Hector was on time, respectful, and he finished the job in 3 days of work. This young man started his own business and he definitely takes pride in his work, making sure he does everything right the first time. The piping was in place, and the cement was replaced by him perfectly. We will be working with Hector, who is most certainly a knowledgeable young man of integrity, for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Work was done quickly, only took half the day for a response and an hour to fix. However $957 for replacing a check valve and part of a pipe on my ejection pump? It's not even a $50 part! **Edit** Yes, they did indeed provide four options, this was the least expensive, and yes, we did indeed authorize the work. Unfortunately the fix was needed sooner rather than later; they were prompt.

Flow-Rite has helped me with numerous issues in my home. Some that were complicated and one that was not all that complicated, but I had 4 different plumbers look at a leaky shower and they all had insane quotes to fix it stating it was some major issue. Flow-Rite came out, and fixed it easily and without any fuss. They confirmed it was the exact issue I thought it was, a cartridge installation issue. Other companies and plumbers were quoting me $600+ stating it was everything from needing to replace an entire water line in the wall, to needing to gut my whole shower. Obviously, Flow-Rite came in and didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs. I trust them 100% and I'll never go to a different plumber ever again!

Kris was very knowledgeable, responsive to my call and repair. He is super polite and respectful. Gave options and quotes for other projects and was not pushy to get a sale. Great work ethic!

I was able to use their Services 2 times in one month.

First, I had a drip leak from our Pressure Regulating Valve attached to our main water line in our basement. Luther was able to come out and fix this within an hour once he had the right parts. Since then that issue has been resolved and the water pressure in the home remained at an ideal level.

Second, the drainage PVC from our 2nd floor bathroom sink began having a drip leak, enough to have a small area of the drywall and pain bubble. Luther was able to come in within 24 hours of contacting him and fixing this issue with 2 hours.

I would recommend his services to anyone. Thus far he is 2 for 2 in leaks in my home.
