Our sewer line had a HUGE meltdown that came out of nowhere (or so we thought). The line had been inspected a year prior when we bought the house and it was *fine*. It was 100% not fine. After cleaning up a lot of poo, we called King Rooter on the recommendation from Good To Go Sanitation and they not only helped us, they came out that week and did a trenchless sewer line repair. Our line was a bit of a bear and had some surprises (sorry, King Rooter!), but it's done and we're happy! Thank you!

Was told we need an A/C replacement by another company. The Brother’s team was able to fix the a/c, and educate on how to maintain efficiency of the unit without a full replacement.

We had flood due to our sewage pump. Fernando was able to determine the root cause of the reason for the pump not draining . In a situation that was worst case scenario for us, we ended up having to replace a sewage pump in order to be able to use any water in our house. In an emergency situation like this, Fernando was very understanding and was able to get the parts we needed and completed the job within a couple hours. This company is very prompt and great to work with.

Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

I am very impressed with Hyper Flow. I hired another company that overcharged me and told me I needed a very expensive repair when in fact I didn’t. Allen at Hyper Flow was honest and explained everything to me in great detail. The repair that the other company suggested was not even warranted. I will only work with Hyper Flow moving forward. If I could give a lower score, I would. The scheduler was really nice and helpful. The service tech was horrible. Basically cussed and complained about everything and didn't fix the issue.
