I cannot say enough about how amazing Lucas and High 5 Plumbing were. On short notice and in an emergency situation, they were super responsive, super professional and absolutely stunned my wife and I. They came out and diagnosed our problem and had it fixed within an hour. We had solicited other companies that had given us worst case scenarios and were less than helpful. High 5 Plumbing and Lucas, specifically, defied those expectations and got us running again. Truly an incredible company and amazing service.

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. Bell plumbing and Heating changed a lot over the years. They have moved locations and now they price gouge for record profits. One of their alleged technicians came out to look at a water heater they tell me it's 2500 to repair the water heater and close to 5,000 to replace it.I would like the owner to explain to me how a $600 Rheem water heater can cost $2,500 to repair if you're not trying to steal?If this man shows up at your house, his photograph tells you just how sloppy Bell plumbing and heating has become.The man who quoted the repair and replacement costs name is below.Before he shows up at your place...Beware of these words...Hi, your technician, Peter Marks, from Bell Plumbing & Heating Co is on the way.

Josh with Tipping Hat Plumbing recently replaced my old/leaky outside sprinkler vacuum system and a leaky outside water spigot. While in my unfinished basement, Josh noticed and pointed out several plumbing jobs completed incorrectly. I advised Josh the work was completed by a family friend, who is not a plumber. We also discussed recent flooding in the basement. Josh advised me of work he could do through Tipping Hat which would prevent flooding in the future. Josh also replaced and relocated a spigot shut off valve in my basement with the appropriate type. That work was also completed by the family friend. Josh is personable, an experienced plumber, very knowledgeable about his craft and cares about his customers enough to want them to have good quality plumbing work that will not fail. This was my first time using Tipping Hat, but will not be my last. Thank you so very much Josh for the free advice and observations and for doing such an amazing job. Oh, Jose even made me aware of a problem in my outside sprinkler box, which I will speak to my sprinkler guy about. Also, Josh arrived early and refused a tip, now that's impressive!

They have helped us on multiple plumbing projects (including our personal residence) and are very knowledgeable, fast, clean, and provide outstanding work. We have always been extremely happy with the work that they provide, their communication, and prices. We look forwards to working with them in the future.

They have done a few showers and vanities for us, great prices and great customer service, always on a timely basis, will keep working with them on our basement projects and bathroom remodels.

Igor took on a nightmare gas plumbing re-pipe project at our house and we are so glad to have found him and Express Plumbing. He was able to get the work completed before some of the other companies we reached out to were able to even come out for a quote, and was the most affordable by far. I was so happy with his work that when a plumbing issue came up at my work, we called him up and he was able to get the problem fixed same day! I can’t reccomend highly enough, thank you Igor!!

I called at 10am and Bruce was at my house by 11:30 to fix two toilets with busted internals.

The work was all done by 1pm.

Great guys! They came out and fixed my leaking sink in my brand new house. They are friendly, talkative and very efficient at what they do!

Kyle and Carlos saved the day yesterday when my kitchen sink started backing up and needed to have the line jetted and the plumbing updated. I had another company out before I called Hyper Flow who took apart my plumbing, told me they couldn't fix it or put it back together, and left me without any use of my sink. I called Hyper Flow and they were able to come out the same day, and stayed until the job was done. They were professional, communicated well and were just outstanding overall! I could not recommend this company enough and will refer them to anyone and everyone.

Hello - Colorado Sewer came out to my home the day before Thanksgiving to snake out my kitchen sink. They did their job and left. Friday morning there was a lot of water in my basement. It turned out that the guy from Colorado Sewer put a 6” Gash in my schedule 40 drain pipe. When they came out to inspect it I asked him to help Me move my bed and entertainment cabinet out of the water and he said it was not necessary. I could not move it by myself. They sent a plumber to fix the pipe but that was it. I called and left a message for Sean (owner) I asked if he knew what standing sewer water did to personal belongings. He then proceeded to call my ex instead of me. I called my home’s owner insurance and they immediately sent out Paul Davis a water mitigation company. They helped me move my stuff out of the water or course and extra day after Colorado Sewer could have helped me. I have Ethan Allen furniture that the feet are now splitting and falling apart. I called Sean 2-days ago and asked for a check to cover the deductible ($1,000.00) and not a peep. I have now been without a bedroom for 2-weeks and it’ll be another 2-weeks before it’s all back together. No one from Colorado Sewer has called and asked how it’s going or can we help. They are useless in my opinion. Now I have an attorney and will have to go after them. Incredible! Do not use them!!!!!

Our water heater went out on a Monday morning and after numerous calls to multiple companies and trips to Home Depot, we realized none of these people wanted our business. Finally, I ran across Quality First in the phone book....yes the phone book! I contacted them and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Our technician Kris Grimes arrived right on time, he explained what he was going to do and made sure we comfortable. Not that I was thrilled to have to spend the money to have the water heater ultimately replaced, but I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of like I felt with the other companies. We will have to replace it was all I was told by the other companies. Kris tried to fix it but explained what would happen if he couldn't. Kris was with us all afternoon and became part of the family!! LOL He stayed until the job was fully completed. He made sure we were comfortable with the purchase and installation. He even tweaked a few items that the builder of our Condo didn't even do! Kris is AMAZING!!!

I was referred to this company from my home warranty company. I spoke with an older lady on the phone, she was super rude and they didn’t want to give me taken care of for four weeks. She then said she could do it within two weeks. I made the appointment and cancel it a day later because she was so rude. Do NOT work with them!!!
