Great service. Immediate assistance. Val was outstanding. Very efficient, kind and prompt. Had the whole installation completed in less than 24 hours from my call to Dave.

They were quick, responsive, and about $3000 cheaper than the quote i got last year. The person who came out to give the quote was the person doing the installation, so there wasn't any disconnect in message or what was agreed.

Also installed whole home water filter and relocated several plumbing lines as we remodeled and moved sink, added plumbed steam oven, plumbed ice maker and pot filler.

I have used High 5 several times. Each time was a 5 Star customer service experience. I'm scheduled quickly & greeted with good people at my door.They communicate so much information before the plumber even gets to the house that I feel so comfortable & informed. I'm not used to this type of quality service in the plumbing world! Added bonus of a Free High Five....Who doesn't love a good high five?!

They came at the right time and strived to get my plumbing problem solved, when chris wasn't sure what to do he reached out to his team and jim pulled through and we were able to fix my showere without having to cut my walls open. The service was great the team was friendly but the $$$$ hurt a little.

I called late in the evening and Pam was quick to respond and set up an appointment to have my homes sewer line cleaned. Raymond called early and arrived on time. He was very helpful and discussed the process to me. I was very happy with the overall turnout and would recommend Colorado Sewer Services to anyone with a sewer clog or backup.

Igor took on a nightmare gas plumbing re-pipe project at our house and we are so glad to have found him and Express Plumbing. Mike White was very professional and understood what needed to be repaired. He also installed kitchen sink. He showed me how to turn the water off and check for leaks so I would eliminate water problems. He left my place clean without any mess. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs a professional good plumber. He went far above what he had to do.

Horrible service. Unfortunately I had no choice as it was under a home warranty but if you do have a choice CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE! Sent an incompetent service man out to diagnose a problem. I knew more than he did about my equipment. They convinced the warranty people to replace my A/C unit (which didn't need replacing and I told the warranty Rep that) but they did it anyway. I have no paperwork on the replacement (new unit looks anything but new) and when I asked for paperwork and rebate paperwork for my electric provider I got no response. I have spoken with their office 4 times since and get blown off every time. Being told that the owner, Justin, has to get that paperwork to me. It's been 2 months and still no return call and no paperwork.
Please beware of these shysters. Don't believe these 5 star reviews. Wouldn't be surprised if their employees posted those. Impossible for this business to get anything above a one star rating.
