Best Air Conditioner Maintenance in Aurora CO
Austin was great to work with. He was very thorough, personable, and showed me all the work he was doing through the water heater service. I use Brothers for all my home maintenance needs and always find their work top notch and Austin was no exception. Thanks Austin!!

Darrell and Jason from Top Shelf both went above and beyond over the course of three days while working to restore the power I lost to half of my house due to an issue with the main line to the house. They quickly found the issue, worked with the utilities company to get a workaround in place so that I had power during the whole process, and did a great job laying the new line while being careful and respectful to the property. Darrell also did an amazing job replacing all of the really worn breakers in my main electrical panel, and sealed up the box to prevent future weather damage. I will always reach out to this team first for any future needs. I couldn't be more thankful for the help I got from these guys, I really appreciate everything you did!

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

We had a water pipe break above a computer room. We needed to shut water off to the entire building quickly, the folks at Bell Plumbing understood the urgency, got here right away and fixed the problem. We had water service back on within a couple hours.

HVAC Repair. I have used Tipping Hat previously and was not surprised by the engaging professional service I received. I thoroughly enjoyed talking 'technical stuff' with Chappie who was more than welcome to answer all my DIY questions. Thanks again.

I've used To the T Plumbing for a few projects in my house and once again, they did not disappoint! This morning, Max and Will installed a new water heater in my basement. They were extremely professional, courteous, efficient and easy to work with. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the water that had leaked from my old water heater and were very tidy throughout the installation process and removing my old water heater. I truly appreciated them showing up on time and making quick work of the project as well. To the T Plumbing has always done great work for me and have good financing options as well, I'd highly recommend them!

Just wanted to thank Carolyn Larson and anyone else involved for helping me out. I had just bought a new home and had expired permits from the former owners that were keeping me from completing any other work at my home. Carolyn was very helpful in solving my problems even though it was work they were doing for me with out any further compensation. I do really appreciate folks stepping up to do a good thing and the right thing when they have to work for free. As a former business owner I can say to is is how all of us should conduct our business. So sad so many companies don’t. Without this help I am not sure what I could have done so thanks again for making it easy for me to get out of a tough spot.

June 3 of 2021 my Air Conditioning stopped working so Fidelity Home Warranty dispatched Service Network Plumbing and Heating.. it took them two weeks to get to me (June 15)
Thet finally get around to replacing the exterior unit which ends up being an all day ordeal because they don't listen to their customers ( I told them I needed a new pad but they were prepared for that so the guy had to go buy one)
The older gentle4man complained the entire time about everything.. the age of the unit, how hard the job was, that he needed a pad, that he needed help...
A young man finally arrived to help him who explained he was new and for the remaineder of the day the older gentleman berated and chastised him for not knowing what he was doing.. then at the end of the day the older guy just leaves him alone to recharge the system.. which he didn't know how to do and took him HOURS..
Fast forward to June of 2022 ... I have no fricken air conditioning
Why? Because now, $4000 later I have learned is is because the very experienced person leading the repair only repaired half my system. They only replaced the exterior condensing unit and not the interior coils as well.. trying to marrying 1975 technology and 2020 technology which is impossible, and they knew it all along and didn't care. They just patched they system together, knowing it wouldn't last, and ran away with the money.

For the inexpensive price that was being offered by Home Depot, they did an excellent job with the furnace tuneup. Worth every penny, technician found a small issue, but there was no pressure to get it resolved by them.
